Amfanin Citta (Ginger) ga Lafiya – Abin Mamaki da Mutane Da Yawa Ba Su Sani Ba
Citta na daga cikin abubuwan da muka saba amfani da su a girki, amma gaskiya amfaninta ya fi haka nesa. Daya daga cikin abin da ta fi shahara da shi shi ne taimakawa wajen rage tashin zuciya da amai.
Masana sun gano cewa citta na iya taimakawa:
tashin zuciya na mata masu ciki (morning sickness)
tashin zuciya yayin tafiya (motion sickness)
amai bayan tiyata
amai da wasu magungunan HIV ke haddasawa
har ma da amai da ake samu yayin chemotherapy
Ba nan kaɗai ba, citta na da tasiri sosai wajen rage ciwo.
Misali, an gano cewa ƙaramin adadi kamar kashi ɗaya cikin takwas na cokali (1/8 teaspoon) na garin citta na iya aiki kusan daidai da maganin ciwon kai na migraine (Imitrex), amma ba tare da illolin da magani ke da su ba.
Haka kuma, ga mata masu fama da ciwon al’ada (menstrual cramps), citta na iya zama babban taimako. Bincike guda huɗu (randomized trials) sun nuna cewa:
idan aka sha citta a kwanakin farko na al’ada, tana rage ciwo sosai
adadin da ake bukata yana tsakanin 1/3 zuwa cokali 1 a rana
Wani abin ƙara ban sha’awa shi ne, citta na iya taimakawa wajen rage yawan jinin al’ada.
Idan mace ta rika shan:
1/8 teaspoon na garin citta sau uku a rana,
tun daga ranar da ta gabaci fara al’ada,
ana iya rage yawan jinin da kusan rabin yadda yake fitowa.
Kuma abin mamaki, wannan tasiri yana ƙara inganta ne duk lokacin da aka ci gaba da amfani da ita wata bayan wata.
A ƙarshe:
Citta magani ne mai sauƙi, arha, kuma mai sauƙin samu. Idan aka yi amfani da ita yadda ya dace, tana iya taimakawa sosai wajen rage tashin zuciya, ciwo, da kuma wasu matsalolin da mata ke fuskanta—ba tare da manyan illa ba.
