One day, a farmer found an eagle’s egg in his chicken coop. Curious, he placed it among the hens’ eggs."

The egg hatched, and the young eagle grew up thinking it was a chicken. It scratched the dirt, clucked, and never tried to fly. One day, it saw an eagle soaring high in the sky and asked, “What’s that?” The chicken replied, “That’s an eagle, king of the skies. But you and I are just chickens.” And so, the eagle lived and died believing it was something less than it was meant to be.
