Nigeria operates on federal system. Three arms of government as defined by Nigeria constitution to operate separately but it seems they are not following the constitution.
Nigeria constitution made it clear that political parties can not impose excessive nomination fees.

Nomination forms are too expensive for average Nigerian. INEC needs to look into this.
Nigeria political parties are not professional, parties don't have structures, no constitution guilding their affairs. Citizens needs to start sueing parties for presenting wack candidates.
