If you've lost the SIM card used for UTME registration or are experiencing SIM-related issues, JAMB recommends the following steps:

1. Visit an accredited JAMB CBT Centre.
2. Request the Profiled Email Service.
3. Complete the Profiled Email Form (TEMPL 006).
4. Sign the Declaration/Attestation Form.
5. Provide a new email address that hasn't been used on any JAMB profile.

This process will allow you to access your profile and essential services without your old SIM. Resolve any SIM issues promptly to avoid complications with your admission.
