After an intensive selection process, we are excited to announce that the beneficiaries of the Skill Up Plateau Program have been selected!

These dedicated and passionate individuals have shown a strong willingness to unlearn, learn, and relearn in order to apply their new skills in real-world scenarios. They are committed to playing their own vital role in the Simplicity mission: to impact one person, one community, and one generation at a time.

Tomorrow marks the start of a transformative journey for these trainees, where they will gain the knowledge and tools needed to make a meaningful impact in their lives and communities. Their journey is just beginning, and we are confident they will rise to the challenge!

Mentorship & Monitoring for 18 Months — Receive expert guidance, track your progress, and get feedback to refine your business.

One Fully Paid Staff Member for 1 Year — We’ll employ one full-time staff member to help run your business for a year, fully funded by the foundation.

This initiative is designed for ex-convicts and individuals that society has cast aside — those labeled as unworthy of another chance. Through The Mafia Initiative, we are proving that every life has value, and every story deserves to be heard.

In a bold and unprecedented move, we are recording, producing, marketing, and distributing original songs created from within correctional facilities. These aren’t just melodies — they are unfiltered expressions of pain, resilience, healing, and hope, birthed from behind prison walls and brought to life through the power of music.

And we are not doing this alone.
We are partnering with top music producers in the Nigerian industry, who are lending their creativity, technical mastery, and influence to shape these sounds into powerful works of art. These songs will be professionally produced and globally distributed, giving voice to those who have long been silenced.

Simplicity Foundation Has Launched!

We’re here to build people, empower communities, and create lasting change across Plateau State.

Here’s what we’ve done so far:

Paid school fees for 70 secondary school students

Covered 100 WAEC and 100 JAMB registrations

Through our MAFIA Initiative, we’re fully funding the recording, marketing, and distribution of a gospel album by a lifelong inmate at Jos Maximum Prison

Up next:
Free 6-month vocational training for 100 Plateau youths in:
Fish farming, Pig farming, Software development, Salon, Spa, Tiling, POP, Catering/Baking, Furniture making, and Fashion design.
