And lots more....

I shall start tonight by explaining the business in detail...

Poultry farming basis:

There's a how to everything.
Success in life or business requires great time in planning, initiating and executing.

Someone once said, he who fails to plan, plan to fail.
In the poultry business you need adequate time studying all you can before you ever begin. You must know what the business entails in term of resources, skill, energy, time etc.
You don't just start a poultry farm because you saw your neighbour making money from it or because you see everyone around you doing it. That everyone is successful at a business doesn't mean you too would make it doing that business. You'd make it though if you know EVERYTHING there's and have ALL the skills to implement them.

So first question you must ask yourself is, Do I have the time to live a farm life? Can I feel comfortable with the smell of chicken droppings, Slaughtering of chickens, and all the works there's? Do I have the time to manage a farm or at least have someone do it for me?

You see, you can't grow in something you are not comfortable doing. You may make money but it won't be Big and you'd never find happiness too.
Two things you must never do:

1. NEVER go into poultry farming because everyone is doing it.

2. NEVER go into poultry farming because of the "money'

Please understand that your drive must be to add Value and not to make ends meet. If you are into poultry farming or any business to make ends meet. That's the only thing u will succeed in- making ends meet but if you're in it to add VALUE you did help others make their ends meet and you get wealthy in the process.

After you may have considered all the factors around you and still decide to go on with poultry farming, you then need to Choose your niche.

You see in business, there's only one way of making money and that is, to sell
- product or
- service

Your product or service must be specific and not generalised. It must solve specific problem for a specific set of persons.

There are many sub-sectors in the poultry industry which you can tap into. Below ar niches in the poultry business:
1. Egg production (layers breeding)
2. Meat production (broilers breeding)
3. Chick breeding (hatchery)
4. Poultry feed production
5. Poultry equipment manufacturing
6. Egg and meat processing, packaging and marketing
7. Poultry marketing and consultancy

You also need to choose a bird type. What type of bird would you be focussing on?
Is it
- domestic fowl or chicken (broilers and layers)
- turkey
- guinea fowl
- pigeon or
- duck
You see, you can't do everything. While it is possible to do 2, 3 or all of the above, you must first start from one.

Each of the above requires special skills, have their own secrets and points of Entries.

I discovered early in life that once you are doing the wrong thing at any point in life you will experience little or no progress. So the "poultry farming basis' is key as it helps your decision in whether you did want to be a poultry farmer or not. Also, it helps you in sketching out all you need to do plus what you want to achieve within a specific period. This is called Business plan. In this case, poultry farming business plan. It gives you a clear focus so that by the time are done understanding the various branches or niches of poultry you'd write something like these:

- My Layers farm business plan
- My broilers farm business plan
- My hatchery business plan
- My poultry feed business plan
- My poultry equipment manufacturing business plan
- My egg and meat processing, packaging and marketing business plan
- My poultry marketing and consultancy business plan

And where you have the intentions of growing from a particular niche to another to form a network of businesses within the same poultry farming business, you just combine the two or three niches and write your own business plan.

You see you may have a VERY big picture in your head but you must be humble to start small and grow. It makes your foundation solid and helps you gain MASTERY in each niche as you expand.

Now let us begin by explaining all the niches in poultry starting with;

1. Egg Production (Layers breeding): this is a branch of poultry that is concerned with breeding layers bird type for the purpose of eggs. Breeders in this field enter the business at the doc or point of lay (pullets) developmental stage. Breeders make money from the sells of eggs and chickens after the layers must have reduced in productivity which is usually after about 1 year period of egg laying. The eggs are sold at N700 - N1000 per crate depending on the size of eggs and location. A crate will contain 30 eggs. The layers after their productive days can be sold at N1,000 - N1,300

2. Meat production (broilers breeding): this branch is concerned with breeding broilers bird type for the purpose of meat. Broilers breeders make money from selling their chickens which usually get to marketable size from 6 - 12 weeks period. Broilers breeders usually enter the business at doc, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks developmental stage. Chickens are sold at N800 - N5,000 depending on weight and target market.

3. Chicken breeding (hatchery): this branch is concerned specifically for hatching eggs using incubators. Chicken breeders are those you buy doc from like agrited, CHI, ZarTech, NZ, Obasanjo farms etc. Anyone who has the resources and technical know how can also tap into it. This branch is already populated in the western region of Nigeria but still remain untapped or at least only a little in the North. We at the North have to book and wait for doc to be transported down from the west. Anyone in the north with the skills and resources will not only be rich but will attain it on time. Breeders in this category hatch almost all bird (layers, broilers, turkeys etc) type depending on their capacity. The prices of doc always fluctuate due to demands. The higher the demand, the higher the price. As a rule, demands for broilers are high from 14 weeks to celebrity periods and lower when this period are far from normal estimation of harvest. Layers doc are also influenced by demands. They are normally costlier than broilers no matter the session since they produce more profit than broilers.

4. Poultry feed production: this branch is concerned with making poultry feeds and selling same for profits. This branch is mostly run by factories and the feeds termed "factory processed feeds'. Factories already involved in this business include Hybrid, UAC producers of Vita feeds, livestock, Top etc. Again individuals with the capacity and skills can also tap into this. All range of feeds as far as poultry is concerned including fisheries and mammals are sometimes produced, packaged and sold by factories in this field. Sophisticated crushing and mixing equipments are required in this industry.

5. Poultry equipment manufacturing: this branch of poultry is involved with the manufacturing or importation of all kinds of poultry equipments such as Battery cages, crushers and mixers etc. Some persons in this category also offer installation for free or at reduced prices.

6. Egg and meat processing, packaging and marketing: this involves all the process of collecting eggs or meat and processing them into marketable forms. Example chickens can be collected,,slaughtered, de-feathered, cut opened and properly cleaned, cut in sizes or left whole and frozen. Further steps can be taken to package the chickens and distributed at restaurants, hotels, functions etc.
Eggs are collected, cleaned and racked in crates before they are being marketed and distributed.
Those in the field can be both farmers and non farmers. You can own a poultry farm and still involve in the processing, packaging and marketing or if you don't own a farm, you patronise farmers, buy eggs or chickens at wholesale prices, process and sell at prices to make gains.

7. Poultry Marketing and consultancy: this include experts in poultry who are familiar with specific or other branches of poultry. They help in promoting products in specific or general branch of poultry, guide starters on all the steps they need to start the business, set up farms for poultry farmers, provide mentorship services etc. This job they do at a fee

Now that you have details of each niche. You can proceed to writing your business plan starting small and keeping the big picture in mind. It is not a must to write a business plan but if you are serious about growing in this business, may need loan, investors etc then you should.

I have discovered that TRUE LOVE is very hard to
find in this world, But if you’ve got someone who
worries about you. Who cares about you, who
love you with all your flaws, who makes sure that
s ends you a goodnight message or a good
morning message. Who calls on you no matter he/ she has nothing to tell you but just to hear your
cooing voice and to tell you that I LOVE YOU. Who
spares time for you, who admits when he or she is
in wrong and apologizes to you. Who understands
you, who is patient to you... just love that person
faithfully. Always stick by him/her. Don’t allow minor agreements tear you apart. Just resolve them
prior they develop into big fights. Do not take that
person for granted, you just never know who is
dying to replace you. Think about it and act
accordingly.

HARD TRUTH!!!
14 WAYS WE WASTE LIFE
1. YOU SPEND TOO MUCH TIME DOING THINGS YOU
SHOULDN’T BE DOING.
Video games. Reality TV. Surfing the internet.
Stuffing your face with too much food. Drinking too much. And the list goes on. Take a
serious look at your life. Where are you spending
the majority of your time? And does it serve you
well? Is it leading to a better life? Is it laying the
foundation for a bright future? If not, then you
need to reevaluate your routine activities and make changes.
2. YOU FIND YOURSELF COMPLAINING A LOT.
I know people who are constantly overwhelmed
with life, and they never cease to tell me. Are you
one of those people? Do you complain about your job, your boss, your salary, your neighbors or your
spouse? If you do, then you are doing nothing but
exuding negative energy. Negativity doesn’t
change things. It keeps you stuck. So change your
thoughts and talk about what you appreciate
about your life, not what you don’t like. .
3. YOU DON’T FEED YOUR MIND.
If you’re not continually growing and learning as a
person, then you are stagnant – just like a still pond
that doesn’t move and grows green gunk on it.
That’s what your mind does if you don’t keep it active and learn new things. Positive challenges in
your life will expand your mind, not send it
backwards.
4. YOU HAVE A LOT OF NEGATIVE SELF-TALK.
Self-talk can make or break your life. As Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can, or think you
can’t… either way, you’re right.” If you tell yourself
that you’re not smart enough to get that promotion
or start a business, then you’re right. If you tell
yourself you’re too exhausted to put effort into
changing your life, then you’re right. Whatever you tell yourself becomes your reality. So closely
monitor what you say to yourself, because you will
find that your life matches your thoughts.
5. YOU FEEL UNINSPIRED.
Do you have a passion for anything? I know a lot of people who think they don’t have a passion. But
that’s never the case. There has to be something
that you enjoy doing. So you need to rediscover
what excites you, and then do more of it.
6. YOU DON’T PLAN FOR YOUR FUTURE. While it’s always great to live in the “now” and “be
in the moment,” sometimes you need to look ahead
to see where you want to go. If you don’t have a
goal or a plan, then you are like a boat that is
wandering aimlessly in the ocean hoping to end up
somewhere good. But you can’t do that. You have to make a step-by-step guide to get where you
want to go. Just like a GPS gets you to a destination,
you need your own inner GPS to guide you.
7. YOU SPEND TOO MUCH TIME WITH PEOPLE WHO
DON’T CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR GROWTH. It’s easy to get stuck hanging out with people who
are not making you feel like a better person. But if
you keep doing that, then you will stay stagnant or
get pulled down with them. I like to call them
“Energy Vampires.” They suck the life out of you
and give you nothing positive in return. Instead, go find growth- oriented people to be around.
8. YOU’RE ADDICTED TO YOUR PHONE.
Sure, cell phones are super cool gadgets that can
leave us entranced when we use them. While that’s
fun, think about all the time you are wasting with your phone. Even worse, think about all the
relationships that might be affected.
Maybe you’re texting or searching the internet
while you’re having dinner with your spouse or
kids. If you are, you’re missing out on meaningful
time you can spend with your loved ones – or time you could devote to making a plan for your future.
9. YOU SPEND MONEY ON THINGS THAT DON’T
MATTER.
There is a difference between a “need” and a
“want.” I’m sure we all learned that in kindergarten. However, in today’s society, we have
blurred the lines quite a bit (see #8… the cell
phone).
In fact, I know people who can’t pay their
mortgage, but still have the fanciest gadgets on the
planet. If you stop to think about it, there is very little that we actually need.
Food, water, shelter and love are some of those
things. All the rest are just bonuses. So look at what
you’re spending your money on and see if you can
make adjustments. Maybe you can use the money
you save to invest in your future. .
10. YOU DON’T GET ENOUGH SLEEP.
I’m a medical scientist who knows how vitally
important sleep is. I could write 20 pages on it. But
I obviously don’t have enough room in this short
article. Sleep is crucial for good health. If you’re too busy to get enough sleep or if you
simply have a bad habit of staying up until the wee
hours of the morning, you should re- evaluate your
habits.
11. YOU’RE NOT TAKING CARE OF YOUR BODY. Not only is sleep essential to your health, so is food
and exercise. I know I’m not telling you anything
you don’t already know. But eating a balanced,
healthy diet and moving your body around truly
does have more positive effects other than weight
loss. It affects your mental attitude and overall well-
being. So take a look at your diet and level of
activity. You might find that making a few small
changes will greatly improve your life.
12. YOU DON’T LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE. I know how easy it is to live in a comfort zone. In
fact, when I go to a familiar restaurant, I always
order the same thing. Not because I’m afraid to try
something new, but because I like the food I
normally order. But that’s not the kind of comfort
zone I’m talking about. I’m talking about taking a risk that will improve
your life. And keep in mind, there is a difference
between a “risk” and a “calculated risk.” Any risk
has the possibility to be deadly, but a calculated risk
is one in which you’ve weighed all options and
thus come up with a good, sensible plan of action. .
13. YOU’RE LIVING A LIFE YOU DON’T LIKE.
The way I measure success is by someone’s level of
happiness. Are you happy?
If not, then you should change something! Even a
feeling of contentment or satisfaction doesn’t tell you that you’re living life to the fullest. Life should
be exciting! So if you’re not enjoying life, take a
look at some of the changes you can make to get
you to a better place.
14. PROCRASTINATION Many a time people tend to "postpone" what they
are suppose to do at a particular time for no just
cause. Most at times because of laziness.
Procrastination is one factor that can limit
achievements in life because it Poisons Productivity.
You must be proactive and learn to use DO IT NOW approach. Procrastination is not just a thief of time
but also a thief of life.
If any of these 14 points sounded like you, don’t
despair. You can make changes.
But the first change you need to make is getting rid of the idea that you can’t do it. Many times, your
biggest obstacle is your own thought process. So
start there.
Change your thinking – then change your life!..

Real Reasons The Hottest Girls Are Always Single
Some of the hottest girls I know are single. Fact. There’s no disputing it..Why? Because often, what makes a person single is exactly what makes a person sexy.
1. They’ve got big personalities There is a big difference between being hot and being pretty. Anyone can be pretty – being hot is a different ball game altogether. It comes with self- assurance and personality, both of which can leave men crapping their proverbial pants on a date.
2. They’re loyal to their friends Hot single women don’t dump their friends the minute a man comes along. Far from it – the men in their life have to form an orderly queue and wait their turn. Friends come first.
3. They’re not desperate They’re mostly using Tinder to send screen shots to their friends of men holding fish/ leaning on motorbikes/cuddling small animals/ exposing their nipples/using 18 emoticons in one sentence.
4. You’re not their priority Nice girls turn up on time, stay sober, act interested and consider the fact that chemistry isn’t always immediate but that love can grow with patience. Sexy girls cancel on you because they didn’t get to bed until 5am the night before but promise to make it up to you.
5. They are s3xually adventurous And think monogamy is something you make a dining table out of.
6. They’re ambitious With jobs, with relationships, with plans, goals and aspirations – life is too short to get married in the Cotswolds at 24. So while nice girls are on their best behaviour on date four at Somerset House (he called me his girlfriend! *squeals*!!), sexy girls are being promoted for the second time this year and planning a girls weekend in Ibiza to celebrate.
7. They’re wild horses Completely untameable, utterly unreliable, incapable of compromise and totally addicted to freedom and the unknown. Which is totally not sexy. At all.
8. They don’t settle Dust settles. Not hot, single women.
9. They couldn’t give a damn what society expects of them Or that people think there’s might be something ‘wrong’ with them because they haven’t found a husband yet. Because while you’ve been out looking they’ve been walking the Inca trail in South America, running the New York marathon and completing an open university degree in social science.
10. They dress however the hell they want to Which might mean five inch heels and a chiffon
shirt to work on a Monday morning. Damn hot.
11. Men presume they’re already taken Because they’re so hot. And that suits them just fine.

What Dream is

10 WAYS TO WIN A GIRLS HEART
Are you ready to win your dream girl? Here we go…
1. Be pursuant
Pursue her without the pressure. In other words, don’t try to “front” and be cocky. Have a conversation first and show her you are interested beyond her appearance. You don’t have to come up with some crazy pickup line. You can simply say, “I want to introduce myself…”Be sincere and genuine in wanting to get to know her. I see too many good guys get intimidated by a girl’s beauty up front, but take a closer look, and find her true self. Honestly, if you can get past this, you’ll have a leg up on the other idiots out there. After all, being genuine is where you excel the most. This is why you are the good guy!!
2. Be a gentleman
Girls don’t want to be treated like a queen, butthey do want to be treated like a princess. She doesn’t want you to be a doormat, she wants you to be the one in charge. Open every door for her, especially the car door. Pull out her chair and allow her to sit down first when you take her on a date, and let her order first. When you are walking alongside the street, you should be the one walking closest to the street. Being a gentleman is being selfless.
3. Be complimentary
On our first date, I told her “You look so beautiful.” I then told her how great she looked when I saw her without makeup the night before. It was real and sincere. While she later revealed to me that she had been testing me to see if I would still like her without makeup, I simply saw a girl who didn’t have enough time because she just got done at the gym. That was incredibly sexy to me.
4. Be creative
You don’t have to blow your bank account to impress her. Think outside the box. I’ve been watching one of my good buds Danny pursue his girl right. [Update: Danny Booko is now engaged to Nia, the current Miss USA 2014.] He took her on a hike in Malibu, CA to waterfalls and then took her to this place called M Café complete with swans. He’s also taken her to the Getty museum and the zoo, which are free. Another idea is to take her to a place like Color Me Mine, where you paint your own pottery. Putting thought and originality into a date lets her know you really care about showing her the best in life and it allows you to experience each other across various situations.
5. Be intentional
Invite her to parties, events, and game nights with your friends. I called Kristen every day when I finally got her number. I sent her encouraging text messages and inspirational Bible verses. I told her I wanted to be her man on our fifth date. She wasn’t ready, but she knew what I wanted. I gave her the time she needed with no stipulations, while still pursuing her intentionally. She told me she loved that.
6. Speak well of her in front of other people
Hold her hand. Pick-up artists recommend saying back handed compliments, but nothing beats a genuine and sincere compliment. A backhanded compliment might work for a one-night stand, but come on, this is a poisonous ingredient in trying to form a long-term relationship. Treat her just as kindly in front of friends and family as you do when you are alone.
7. Be attentive
Show her that you care for her and her needs. Pay attention to the small details. Girls care about the small stuff, big time. For instance, on our first date, I knew Kristen was a vegetarian, so I took her to a vegetarian restaurant called Café Gratitude. Listen to what she has to say.
8. Be protective
Don't let her walk alone to her car. If she’s going on a jog or walk at night, tell her you want to go to keep her safe. If she’s going to the gas station at night, go with her. If you’re at a club and she needs to go to the rest room, take her there and wait outside the door.
9. Be a good listener
Ask solid open-ended questions that include “what,” “how,” and “why.” If you’re doing most of the talking, you’re not getting very far with her. Show her you care with body language and by repeating back some of what she just told you.
10. Be romantic
Plan ahead. What do you want your love story to be? You are the writer. When people ask where your first kiss was, you don’t want her to answer with the driveway or that you were drunk at a party. The night I kissed Kristen for the first time, I wanted it to be special. I took her to an overlook on Mulholland Drive. We stood on top of the city, and that night I was her very own Superman. It was a special moment and I ended up proposing to her there.
Finally, be yourself.
There won’t be much longevity if she’s fallen for a false persona, and why would you want that anyway? I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m not the coolest guy out there, so I have fun in my dorkiness. There is no one else like you, so be confident. When you are walking in truth, game isn’t necessary. You’ve already won.

"Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try.
Again. Fail again. Fail better."
~Samuel Beckett.

Never you back off at just a try;
PART 1:

1. President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria: contested 3 times for president before making it at the 4th attempt

2. Henry Ford: While Ford is today known for his innovative assembly line and American-made cars, he wasn’t an instant success. In fact, his early businesses failed and left him broke five time before he founded the successful Ford Motor Company.

3. R. H. Macy: Most people are familiar with this large department store chain, but Macy didn’t always have it easy. Macy started seven failed business before finally hitting big with his store in New York City.

4. F. W. Woolworth: Some may not know this name today, but Woolworth was once one of the biggest names in department stores in the U.S. Before starting his own business, young Woolworth worked at a dry goods store and was not allowed to wait on customers because his boss said he lacked the sense needed to do so.

5. Soichiro Honda: The billion-dollar business that is Honda began with a series of failures and fortunate turns of luck. Honda was turned down by Toyota Motor Corporation for a job after interviewing for a job as an engineer, leaving him jobless for quite some time. He started making scooters of his own at home, and spurred on by his neighbors, finally started his own business.

6. Akio Morita: You may not have heard of Morita but you’ve undoubtedly heard of his company, Sony. Sony’s first product was a rice cooker that unfortunately didn’t cook rice so much as burn it, selling less than 100 units. This first setback didn’t stop Morita and his partners as they pushed forward to create a multi-billion dollar company.

7. Bill Gates: Gates didn’t seem like a shoe-in for success after dropping out of Harvard and starting a failed first business with Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen called Traf-O-Data. While this early idea didn’t work, Gates’ later work did, creating the global empire that is Microsoft.

8. Abraham Lincolm: As a young man, Abraham Lincoln went to war a captain and returned a private. Afterwards, he was a failure as a businessman. As a lawyer in Springfield, he was too impractical and temperamental to be a success. He turned to politics and was defeated in his first try for the legislature, again defeated in his first attempt to be nominated for congress, defeated in his application to be commissioner of the General Land Office, defeated in the senatorial election of 1854, defeated in his efforts for the vice-presidency in 1856, and defeated in the senatorial election of 1858. At about that time, he wrote in a letter to a friend, "I am now the most miserable man living. If what I feel were equally distributed to the whole human family, there would not be one cheerful face on the earth."

9. Winston Churchill: repeated a grade during elementary school and, when he entered Harrow, was placed in the lowest division of the lowest class. Later, he twice failed the entrance exam to the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst. He was defeated in his first effort to serve in Parliament. He became Prime Minister at the age of 62. He later wrote, "Never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never - in nothing, great or small, large or petty - never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense. Never, Never, Never, Never give up." (hiscapitals, mind you)

10. Robert Sternberg: received a C in his first college introductory-psychology class. His teacher commented that "there was a famous Sternberg in psychology and it was obvious there would not be another." Three years later Sternberg graduated with honors from Stanford University with exceptional distinction in psychology, summa cm laude, and Phi Beta Kappa. In 2002, he became President of the American Psychological Association.
