Dear You, a letter from your liver.
On this World Hepatitis Day themed "Let's Break It Down" your liver is sharing a vital message about health, silence, and survival.
Your liver works tirelessly every single day:
It filters your blood.
It cleans up what you drink.
It makes the proteins that stop you from bleeding out.
It works with no overtime and no sick days.
The Catch?
It can be inflamed or quietly scarring right now, and you’d have no idea because it is "silent by design" and doesn’t complain when it's hurting.
With over 1,000,000+ people dying every year from hepatitis complications that could have been caught early, most people don't even know they have it.
The real barriers are stigma, cost, distance to a lab, and nobody asking: "Should I get tested?"
Let's Break It Down:
5 types of hepatitis (A–E) target one main organ—your liver.
A vaccine exists for Hepatitis B, and a cure exists for Hepatitis C.
The science isn't the problem; awareness, testing, and action are.
I've never asked you for anything. I'm asking now:
Get tested.
Get vaccinated.
Get informed.

Is hepatitis only spread through unprotected s*x?
Let’s clear up the confusion!
Many people believe there is only one way to contract hepatitis, but the reality depends entirely on the specific type of virus.
The Fact on Hepatitis A & E: These types spread primarily through contaminated food and water.
The Fact on Hepatitis B & C: These types are transmitted through blood and body fluids
Understanding how different strains of hepatitis spread is key to effective prevention and health awareness.
Stay informed and protect your health!

🚫 Myth: Men should handle their problems alone.
✅ Fact: Seeking social support significantly improves mental well-being.
Strong mental health is not about suffering in silence, it’s about having the courage to talk, connect, and ask for help when needed.
Breaking the stigma around men’s mental health is essential for building healthier families and communities.
Real strength includes knowing when to lean on others.
💬 Men, it’s okay to talk.
