Real Story. Real Wins

In June, I pitched our land at Malete to a client. She loved it and opted for the 10 months installment plan starting July 2025 and completing by April 2026.

Fast forward to mid-July, she paid her initial ₦200K deposit. She wasn’t just interested, she was intentional.
