Clean code is overrated

Working code beats beautiful code, at least at first.

I love clean architecture. But I’ve watched people burn 3 weeks perfecting structure for a feature that should’ve shipped messy in 3 days, then gotten rebuilt with actual user feedback.

Clean code matters once real people depend on it. Not before.
