SHUGABANCIN MACE A MUSULUNCI:

1. Malaman Musulunci sun yi sabani a kan halaccin shugabancin mace, dalilin wannan sabani nasu kuwa shi ne irin yadda fahimtarsu ta saba wa juna game da wani ingantaccen hadithin Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah, Hadithi na 4425 wanda Imamul Bukhari ya ruwaito daga Sahabi Abuu Bakrah ya ce:-
((لقد نفعني الله بكلمة سمعتها من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ايام الجمل بعد ما كدت ان الحق بأصحاب الجمل فاقاتل معهم. قال: لما بلغ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ان أهل فارس قد ملكوا عليهم بنت كسرى قال: لن يفلح قوم ولوا أمرهم امرأة))
Ma’ana: ((Hakika Allah Ya amfane ni da wata kalma da na ji daga Manzon Allah mai tsira da amincin Allah a kwanukan Jamal bayan na yi kusa in fada cikin sahun mutanen Jamal in yi yaki tare da su.

Ya ce: Lokacin da labari ya riski Manzon Allah mai tsira da amincin Allah cewa mutanen Farisa sun nada wa kansu Yar Kisraa a matsayin sauniyarsu sai ya ce: “Ba za su rabauta ba mutanen da s**a jagorantar da wata mace lamarinsu)).

Masanin ilmin Hadithi Al-Haafiz Ibnu Hajar ya ce cikin littafinsa Fathul Baarii 7/735 a lokacin da yake yi wa wannan Hadithi sharhi:-
((والمنع من ان تلي الإمارة والقضاء قول الجمهور، وأجازه الطبري، وهي رواية عن مالك، وعن ابي حنيفة تلي الحكم فيما تجوز فيه شهادة النساء)).

Ma’ana: ((Hana mace ta jibinci Mulki da Alkalanci magana ce ta masu rinjaye cikin Malamai.

Amma (Imaamut) Tabarii ya halatta hakan, haka nan wata riwayar fatawa ma daga (Imamu) Maalik.

Daga Abuu Hanifah kuwa mace tana iya yin Alkalanci cikin mas’alolin da ake karbar shidar mata a cikinsu)).

2. A mazhabar Hanafiyyah halal ne mace ta yi sarutar da za a rika kiran ta Suldan, saboda ya zo cikin babban littafin mazhabar Hanafiyyah mai suna Al-Bahrur Raa’q 7/5 wanda Imam Ibnu Nujaim ya wallafa kamar haka:-
((وأما سلطنتها فصحيحة؛ وقد ولي مصر إمرة تسمى شجرة الدر جارية الملك الصالح بن أيوب)).

Ma’ana: ((Amma Saldanarta (watau mace ta yi saruatar da za a rika kiranta Sultan) to wannan kam ingantacce ne, saboda wata mace mai suna Shajaratud

Shugaban Ƙasar Amurka, President John F. Kennedy, tare da Firayim Ministan Najeriya, Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, a Fadar White House, dake Washington D.C., yayin wata ziyara ta musamman da Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa ya kai Amurka a watan Yuli, na Shekarar 1961.

Masana tarihi sun bayyana cewa wannan ita ce haduwarsu ta ƙarshe, domin daga baya aka kashe President John F. Kennedy a watan Nuwamba, 1963, yayin da shi kuma Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa aka kashe shi a ranar 15 ga Janairu, na Shekarar 1966, a lokacin juyin mulkin soji na farko a Najeriya.

Ya Allah Ka jiƙan Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, tare da sauran magabatanmu, Ka gafarta musu kurakuransu, Ka sanya Aljanna ta zama makomarsu. Ameen.

Ruqayyatu Ahmed Rufa’i is a respected Nigerian academic and education reform advocate who came to national prominence when she was appointed Minister of Education on 6 April 2010. Her appointment was announced by Acting President Goodluck Jonathan during the formation of a new federal cabinet, a period that marked a renewed commitment to educational development in the country.

Ruqayyatu was born around 1958 in the ancient town of Ringim in present day Jigawa State. She developed an early interest in history and public service, interests that guided her academic journey. She earned a Bachelor of Education in History from Bayero University in Kano in 1981. Driven by her passion for teaching and research, she continued at the same university where she completed a Master of Arts in History in 1987. Her academic pursuit later took her to the United States where she obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from West Virginia University in 1991.

Her career in public service began long before her federal appointment. She served as Commissioner for Health in Jigawa State between 1993 and 1996 during the administration of General Sani Abacha. In this role, she worked to strengthen the state’s health systems and became known for her calm but firm administrative style.

Ruqayyatu returned fully to academia after her doctoral studies and rose through the ranks until she became a professor in 2003. Her influence in the education sector of Jigawa State continued to grow, and she was appointed Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology. In this position she confronted the persistent problem of low enrollment of girls in schools, a challenge that she often described with deep concern. She openly expressed her discomfort whenever she had to explain to national stakeholders why Jigawa could not enroll more girls in classrooms, a situation she considered both avoidable and troubling.
