Week 2 at Witty Automation Academy has been both insightful and practical as I continue building my skills in workflow automation and project management using monday.com
This week, I learnt about:
• Boards and how they structure workflows and projects
• Columns and their different functions in data organization
• Dashboards for tracking performance and visualizing information
• Views for managing tasks from different perspectives
• Widgets in monday.com dashboards and how they help display and track important data
• Automations to reduce repetitive manual work
• Integrations that connect monday.com with external tools and platforms
We also went deeper into important column types such as:

🔹 Dropdown Column
Understanding these features has helped me see how businesses can build smarter systems, improve collaboration, and manage operations more efficiently.
I’m grateful to my lead instructor Fike Oluwatosin Adaba , for the practical guidance and detailed explanations throughout the training.

I used to think monday.com was just another app for writing tasks…
Until I actually started learning it 👀
On Sunday and Monday Witty Automation Academy ,I was taught how the whole system really works and honestly, it opened my eyes.
From Workspaces to Boards, Groups, and Items… everything finally made sense.
But the part that really stood out for me?
Importing data into Monday.com
Because one mistake there, and everything becomes disorganized.
Now I understand how to bring in data properly, keep things clean, and set it up in a way that makes automation easy through the help of my coach Fike Oluwatosin Adaba
And it made me realize something…
A lot of businesses are not struggling because they don’t have tools.
They’re struggling because everything is scattered.

Sometimes 'bit by bit' is how you win. 📱
