I've always fancied Candy Crush. Why? Let me tell you
When you get stuck at a level you have to persevere sometimes lose all the game lives you have, wait for minutes or hours for it to refill then continue playing..
You may not pass the level straight away but you keep on playing and analysing your moves so you won't repeat certain mistakes, deep down you know you can pass it.
The higher you go the harder it gets and you wish the game makers would just change that level for you but nada.
If you like avoid it for 20years you'll still come back to meet that level, there are no shortcuts you either pass it or pass it.
You get frustrated and tell everyone you will never play it again but something always takes you back then boom!
Just when you're about exceeding your moves for the umpteenth time you win!!!
Trust me, the joy and fulfilment that comes with winning is beyond words even though it's just a game ..
Let's inculcate this habit and apply it to our everyday activities.
See life as a game of candy crush, it may not get easier but you'll understand that when you're tired you're supposed to rest not give up.

6 WAYS TO BREAK OR CREATE HABITS

1. A little is a lot. Focus on modest changes; you don't want to change something big because, in the end, you will sabotage yourself. Make the change manageable.
2. Be objective. Be firm with what you decide to change, but at the same time be realistic; understand the difficulties that may come and how you will not give up.
3. Repeat. Nothing is as "magical" as repeating what you want to form a new habit.
4. Don't hold back. Many times, we try to suppress thoughts to ,"forget" them, but obviously the opposite always happens. For example, if you want to quit smoking, and you avoid thinking about ci******es, suddenly you will see ci**rs everywhere.
5. Substitute. Instead of suppressing, replace the habit with something else. For example, if you used to move your foot uncontrollably, instead of thinking about not moving it, when you feel the urge, stand up and walk for a minute.
6. Reaffirm. Creating a habit has to do with your self-control and commitment. Think that as long as you manage to achieve it, you will be doing something beneficial for yourself.
