One reason you don't like Mondays....

I honestly eagerly looked forward to Fridays but hated Mondays.

I am happy that none of my bosses in the past noticed this in me. As much as I didn't like Mondays, I faked joy at work each time. 😂

This wasn't normal, you would agree. I needed to look inwards to know why I wouldn't like work-day Mondays. Public holidays that fell on Mondays were heartily welcomed. There was a problem 👀

Diagnosis: My search showed that, the problem was just one---my brain needed extended weekends. That's burn-out and nothing more.

Solution: I told myself I must enjoy my weekends rather than endure them. I started to fully enjoy my family and friends, get sufficient rest, fully participate in spiritual activities, and draw my to-do-list for the incoming week. Balancing these with house chores, moderate exercise and other fun things.

Result: I now happily look forward to Mondays, starting the week feeling refreshed, full of energy.

I can't wait for tomorrow to be here. So much waiting for me already. It's been a fulfilled weekend
