“PEACE IS NOT WEAKNESS — IT IS POWER”

My brothers and sisters of Nigeria,

We are more than headlines.
We are more than tribes.
We are more than religion, region, or political party.

Nigeria was not born weak — Nigeria was born diverse.
And diversity was never our problem.
Division was.

They told us peace is silence.
They told us peace means surrender.
They told us peace means forgetting our pain.

They lied.

Peace is not silence.
Peace is strength.
Peace is the courage to say: we will not destroy ourselves to prove a point.

Every time we fight each other, someone else wins.
Every time we burn our brother’s house, someone else builds theirs.
Every time we choose hatred, Nigeria bleeds.

But imagine this…

Imagine a Nigeria where disagreements don’t lead to graves.
Imagine a Nigeria where elections don’t lead to war.
Imagine a Nigeria where a child is not afraid because of their name, language, or faith.

That Nigeria is possible — but only if peace becomes our weapon.

Peace-keeping is not about ignoring injustice.
It is about confronting it without destroying our future.

Because violence may shout,
but peace lasts.

When peace leads, businesses grow.
When peace leads, schools stay open.
When peace leads, youths dream again.
When peace leads, Nigeria rises.

Let me say this clearly:

No tribe is greater than Nigeria.
No religion is greater than Nigeria.
No political ambition is greater than Nigeria.

We cannot keep asking,
“Who started it?”
while the country is ending.

The farmer and the trader need peace.
The student and the soldier need peace.
The Christian and the Muslim need peace.
The North, South, East, and West need peace.

Because without peace,
there is no economy.
Without peace,
there is no security.
Without peace,
there is no f

Name a Tribe in Nigeria would be more peaceful without.
