June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.

Help a man today, you may never truly know the burden he is carrying. Most men will never openly say they need help, but the signs are often there: in their conversations, their appearance, their silence, or their withdrawal from activities they once enjoyed.

Many men are struggling with unemployment, financial pressure, emotional pain, and hopelessness, yet they continue to suffer quietly.

Take a moment to check on the men around you; your friend, brother, husband, colleague, or neighbor. Ask how they are doing, listen without judgment, and remind them that they are not alone.

A simple conversation, act of kindness, or word of encouragement could make a bigger difference than you realize.
