Okay, someone asked me to show her a sample of the financial report column.😍

Now this software generates a lot of financial report. But the screen shot I uploaded is that of debtors report.

I don't know if the screen shot is clear enough. but you will see each customer that is owing my client, and the due date they were supposed to pay.

If you watch closely you will see overdue date.

You would see the amount a customer is suppose the pay, the amount the customer is owning.

You would also see the total amount my client is supposed to have, and total amount as balance due.

At a glance you can access your financial report, even balance sheet.
And yesssss it generates your profit and loss report.

I might be saying deploy Invoicing and Expenses Tracking Software, and in your mind, they have come for my money.

A software that generate electronic invoice/receipt for you, which if you still want to, you can print it out. and stop wasting 40k to 50k every 3-5 months if not more than in printing manual invoice/receipt, which after a long period of time, you don't even know where a particular receipt is.

Or better still after a long period of time, you gather all the receipt and burn it up, maybe because it is now the bedroom of cockroach or toilet for rats.😂😂

Okay most people don't know that there certain loans and grants, which you may want to apply for, and they will need the financial history of your firm........ haaa, that is when you start cracking your brain and generating figures that don't exist...... weldon oooooo.

Before now, I used to work in a firm where every week we hold Monday meeting, and management would demand for weekly financial report for the purpose of appraisal, but unfortunately enough the report is never provided.

Management: Accountant where is the financial report?
Accountant: Miss joy, you are yet to submit your report.
Miss Joy: Sorry ma, I submitted it, but only to find out that there was a transaction that was not recorded. I will do the needful and forward it to you.

Each time excuse upon excuse, most times accountant fabricates figure just to make sure a financial report was submitted. This is no super story ooo.
