A lot of people hear โ€œlow acidityโ€ and think olive oil will taste sour or acidic.

It actually has nothing to do with taste.
In olive oil, acidity is a quality measurement. It tells us how well the olives were handled before and during production.

Good extra virgin olive oil should taste fresh, fruity, balancedโ€ฆ not sour.

So when you hear โ€œlow acidity,โ€ think quality โ€” not lemon taste ๐Ÿ˜„

Production of extra virgin olive oil is basically just squashing olives, filtering it, and bottling it. No many many wahala. No chemicals.
