ANYANGWU APPLAUDS GOV. SHERIFF OBOREVWORI ON INAUGURATION OF 18KM ROAD NETWORK IN NDOKWA WEST

Hon. Mrs. Cordilia Anyangwu, the APC flag bearer for Ika South Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, has applauded Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for the successful inauguration of three major road projects spanning approximately 18 kilometres in Ndokwa West Local Government Area, She described the development as a clear demonstration of visionary leadership and commitment to grassroots development. The road projects, which include the Obi-Ibabu/Ibabu Road Onicha-Ukwuani, Phase One of the Utagba-Uno/Ndemili Road, and the Etua-Ukpo/Etua-Etiti/Etua-Oliogo Road, are expected to significantly improve transportation, boost commercial activities, and enhance socio-economic growth across Ndokwa Nation.

Continuing Anyangwu posited that the commissioning of the roads further underscores Governor Oborevwori's determination to ensure that all parts of Delta State benefit from the dividends of democracy through the provision of critical infrastructure remarked that road infrastructure remains one of the most important catalysts for development. She particularly commended the Governor for assuring the people of the commencement of Phase Two of the Utagba-Uno/Ndemili Road project, describing the commitment as evidence of a responsive administration that listens to the yearnings of the people and takes practical steps to address them.

Hon. Anyangwu further expressed satisfaction with the administration's efforts to address electricity challenges in Ndokwa communities and welcomed assurances that measures were already in place to restore power to affected areas.She urged residents and community leaders to continue supporting government initiatives and to safeguard public infrastructure against vandalism, emphasizing that development can only be sustained when communities take collective ownership of projects executed for their benefit.
