Visit Summary — Emir Palace & Community Engagement
Location: Karmajigi Community, Federal Capital Territory (Abuja)
Purpose: To assess how easy it is for people with disabilities (PWDs) in the community to access NIN registration services.
🏛️ Engagement with the Emir Palace & Local Leaders
During the visit to the Emir Palace, the traditional leadership and community stakeholders were briefed on the purpose of the assessment. Key local leaders expressed support for inclusive services and acknowledged challenges faced by vulnerable groups, including PWDs, in accessing government registration services such as the National Identification Number (NIN). They pledged to assist by mobilizing community members and highlighting barriers to relevant authorities

We had the privilege of joining the Honorable Coordinating Ministers of Health Muahammad Ali Pate CON , Mrs. Ifeoma Uz’Okpala Executive Director Large Enterprise Bank of Industry BOI, Civil Society Representatives and key stakeholders at the opening of the National Health Financing Policy Dialogue themed “Reimagining the Future of Health Financing in Nigeria.” starting from 1st to 4th Sept 2025
