Your body doesn't run on sleep.
It runs on oxygen + nutrients + efficient cells.
When any of these fail — fatigue shows up.
🔍 3 Silent Reasons You Feel Drained:
🔴 1. Low Oxygen Delivery (RBC Issue)
Weak or low red blood cells = your brain and body aren't getting enough oxygen.
Result → You wake up tired before the day even starts.
⚪ 2. Weak Immunity (WBC Stress)
If your immune system is quietly fighting something, your energy goes to defense — not daily function.
Result → That "off" feeling with no clear reason.

Most people assume blood cells all do the same thing.
They don't. And knowing the difference could change how you see your health 👇
🔴 Red Blood Cells — Your Oxygen Carriers
→ Carry oxygen from lungs to every part of your body
→ Contain hemoglobin (what makes blood red)
→ Live for about 120 days
⚠️ When low → tiredness, weakness, dizziness = Anemia
⚪ White Blood Cells — Your Body's Defense
→ Fight infections, bacteria, viruses & toxins
