Feeding is a continuum so long as life remains. We must always eat. But guess what? Food can get contaminated. So we go extra miles to preserve our food so as to protect our bodies.

Likewise our minds will also be fed. We feed our minds with thoughts. If the thoughts are not healthy, our minds get contaminated.

The way we preserve our food, in like manner we must guard our hearts against contaminants. It is necessary since every engine must be serviced for optimal performance.

The way and manner with which we do things are ever changing and evolving. Whatever how we have is subject to improvement. Most times, we fix our gaze on the HOW of others forgetting to better ours. This can lead to frustration and also breed jealousy. Hence, there's no permanent how on how everyone is howing. We're all evolving.
