GALA DINNER: people from all walks of life gathered in Nkurenkuru for a gala dinner aimed at raising funds for the 7th Nkurenkuru Expo 2026.
The event brought together individuals, business leaders, government officials from various ministries, as well as regional and local council members.
Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare is expected to deliver the keynote address at tonight’s event.

FINAL DAY: Sport on the Move Foundation celebrated its 10th anniversary in Windhoek with an exciting Blind Football Exhibition Competition, showcasing talent, determination, and the power of inclusive sport.
Sport on the Move FC (Champions), Nomad Academy FC (Runners-up), Khomas FC (Third Place) and School of the Visually Impaired FC and NFVI finished fourth.

CRIME: The half-naked body of a 28-year-old woman was discovered at the Kaap n Bou informal settlement dumpsite in Grootfontein on Saturday morning.
The deceased, identified as Selly Gamgaes, was allegedly r***d and strangled.
She was last seen at Single Quarters shortly after midnight on Friday.
No arrests had been made so far.
