Meet our guest speaker-Ndaudika Mulundileni (Olafika SME Development & Mentorship Programme- 2022 Class)

Ndaudika Mulundileni is co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer for Engenete Investments cc (trading as Mindsaction). At Mindsaction he overlooks the business strategy, performance, and conformation to vision and values. He spends most of the time creating opportunities for the company to generate income through various revenue streams, such as direct customers for the STEAM program, grants, consultations, and departmental projects.
Mindsaction prides itself in being a unique business, tackling a unique problem, for these reasons, the business is constantly faced with unique challenges.

He has a BSc. in Engineering (Mechatronics) from the University of Cape Town, a Certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Business (USA), and is currently pursuing a MSc. in Industrial Engineering with focus on Critical Thinking process at the Namibia University of Science, and Technology. He is also a Mandela Washington Fellow (2018). In his free time, he takes walks while thinking about business, health, love, and the beauty of life.
