ADMIN CLERK

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
2. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
3. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
4. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
5. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
6. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
7. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
8. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
9. Prepare and monitor invoices.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. High school diploma or equivalent education required
2. 1 year of administrative assistant experience
3. Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task.

R&D Executive

Job Description:
1. Responsible to conduct new product brainstorming and innovation meeting.
2. Responsible for product development, product application and product demonstration when required.
3. Conduct laboratory prototypes development, pilot and production trial runs.
4. Conduct product stability and quality studies to ensure all formulations meet technical, customer and market requirements.
5. Conduct product testing, sourcing and evaluation of new ingredients.
6. Prepare monthly R&D project and timely update of project progress.
7. Update all documents related to R&D Department.
8. Provide technical support to Food Safety programs.
9. Up to date with latest manufacturing technology, ingredient science/ application, health and nutrition, product and regulatory trends.
10. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Job Requirement:
1. Diploma/Degree in Food Sciene/Food Technology or any related field.
2. Training or working experience MeSTI/GMP/HACCP/ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 and Halal.
3. Proficeint in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
4. Willing to travel outstation when required.
