今天来到误区系列的最后一天啦~ 真感谢大家这段时间的支持与关注💛

🔹误区5：发酵食品等于益生菌食品 🔹
这是不是很多人都没特别想过的呢？从小经常听长辈说，多吃点发酵食品会对身体好，因为“有益生菌”

不过，其实这个说法并不完全正确哦👀

虽然发酵食品确实是由活菌发酵而成，但在制作过程中，有些产品可以直接食用，而有些则需要经过巴氏杀菌、烘焙或烹饪等步骤。这些加工过程，很可能会让原有的活菌大幅减少甚至消失。

再加上，如果食品中的活菌数量没有达到发挥效果的最低剂量，其实也不能算是真正的“益生菌食品”

所以说，发酵食品不一定含有有效益生菌哦！

那什么才算是“益生菌食品”呢？

1️⃣ 食品包装上清楚标示益生菌的含量
2️⃣ 在成分表或营养标示中列出具体的益生菌菌株

选购时记得多留意这些细节哦！
