🍫1️⃣ Kek Batik (No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake)

【Ingredients】
◼️250g Marie biscuits (crushed into small pieces, not powdered)
◼️1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
◼️1/2 cup unsalted butter
◼️1/2 cup cocoa powder
◼️1/2 cup water
◼️1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
◼️A pinch of salt

【Instructions】
✅Prepare the biscuits: Break Marie biscuits into small bite-sized pieces. Set aside in a large bowl.

✅Make the chocolate mixture: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add in the condensed milk, cocoa powder, water, vanilla essence (if using), and salt. Stir until smooth and fully combined.

✅Mix together: Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the crushed Marie biscuits. Mix well until all biscuits are coated.

✅Shape the cake: Line a square or rectangular pan with baking paper. Pour in the biscuit mixture and press it down firmly with a spoon or spatula to flatten the surface.

✅Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.

✅Serve: Slice into squares or bars and enjoy!

🍰2️⃣ No-Bake Marie Biscuit Cheesecake

【Ingredients (for 6–8 servings)】

For the base:
◼️150g Happy Marie Biscuits (crushed into fine crumbs)
◼️60g melted butter

For the filling:
◼️250g cream cheese (room temperature)
◼️200ml whipping cream (cold)
◼️1 tsp vanilla essence
◼️60g icing sugar
◼️1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Topping (optional):
◼️Fruit jam, fresh fruits, or biscuit crumbs

【Instructions】
✅Prepare the base: Mix crushed Marie biscuits with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a lined cake tin or container to form a base. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 mins.

✅Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, and icing sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

✅Assemble: Pour the filling over the biscuit base. Smooth the top and chill in the fridge for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.

✅Serve: Add your topping before serving. Slice and enjoy!
