One bakery messed up — and now everyone in Austin kena. 😤

Sales dropped these two days because people scared.
But we only sell buns, never once full moon cakes.

Sometimes you don’t even make the mistake,
yet you still pay the price.

We bake fresh daily, sell out daily — no shortcuts, no secrets.
Just honest bread. 🍞

No water in JB today 💦 even Bukit Indah got hit.
Still… the dough doesn’t wait.

So yeah — today’s bread is officially made with Spritzer water. 😅

Every day begins with flour.
Mix. Knead. Shape. Proof. Bake.
It looks repetitive, but no two batches are ever the same.

Sometimes it’s tiring —
but seeing every tray come out perfect makes it all worth it.
