Last summer break, I took a leap of faith and courage to film something so personal for myself…

It was never easy for me to relieve that period and it was never easy to have come from that period of time till who I am today.

Someone has once asked me: “Why don’t you unpin this message from your saved messages on telegram?” Well, my answer is always, “Why should I?”

But I believe after today, I can do so.

I would love to thank for creating this safe space for me to take my leap of faith. Personally had always been a fan of the festival but had never joined until this time. (Can’t believe my first film was like something that is sooo personal) Even though I did not managed to made it to the festival, but I seriously from the bottom of my heart, thank you for creating this oppotunity, to allow me to find an excuse or an aim to complete this, and to give a closure to a part of my life.

I would also love to thank my friends who were onboard this project. I feel that without you guys, this would not have been possible. And let me tell you, you guys are specifically selected out of all the friends that I have, just because you place a special place in my heart. (Even those that I had reached out to and ask, you guys are not forgotten too)

Last but not least, even though we did not get into the festival. I would still want to present this film to all of you. Thank yourself for what you had been through. Be proud of yourself. Give yourself a pat on the back.

Went to Singapore Night Festival today, and LOVE THE COLOURS! Will be back again cause today didn't had any performances! (It's only on Friday and Saturday)

Today also visited National Musuem Singapore for their newly opened Now Boarding: Experiencing Singapore in 1800s to 2000s. I feel like I was really brought back into time, some things I really miss seeing, somethings I see for the first time, and it was soooooo cool! (We even got a first class ticket for today~ love it)

Today visited DesignSingapore for GIF FEST 🥰🥰🥰 Great experience and all the artworks were really POWERFUL in speaking about imperfection. Really love it! Some gave retro, some scream aesthetic~ ✨️✨️
