Drivers Age
The minimum driver's age is 21 years and maximum age is 70 years. However, age requirements and restrictions may apply depending upon the vehicle groups. An additional young driver surcharge will be payable locally for all drivers aged from 21 to 25 years depending upon the vehicle groups. Drivers License
A full and valid driving license mus
t have been held for at least 2 years with no major endorsements. A valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up. An International Driver’s License (IDL) is required if the renter’s national driving license is not in Roman alphabet (For e.g. if the license is in Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese). International driver license must be accompanied with the original domestic license of the driver. For Chinese license holders: Chinese license holders need to present a notarized English translated copy together with the original Chinese driver license. Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount. The excess amount depends upon the vehicle groups and can be confirmed at the rental desk. Insurance inclusions are subject to driver's country of residence. Please refer to "Inclusives" under the "Rate Details" section for each car displayed in search results. Theft Waiver (THW)
Theft Waiver reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible. Fees
Airport fee is included in the rental amount. Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter. Cross Border Travel
Cross border may be allowed with prior notice and proper documentation. Some restrictions might be applicable. Please check with the supplier at the rental desk for more details. Tax Rate
20% tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately. Payment Methods and Deposit
Major credit cards such as American Express, Diners Club , Master Card and Visa are accepted. Deposit
A refundable security deposit will be held from the credit card at the time of rental which usually amounts to the excess value of the car and the fuel charges. Cash deposits might be accepted. Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is available on request. However, in some cases, there might be a charge applicable depending on the time and location of the pick-up or the delivery of the car. Out of Hours
Out of hours fee is not included in the rates and will be payable additionally to the supplier on arrival. Extras
Confirmation of Additional Driver, Child Seat Infant, Child Seat Baby, Child Seat Toddler, Booster Seat and Mobile Phone depends upon the availability at the rental desk. ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
