Recipe:

2 cups basmati rice

1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans)

1 onion, sliced

2 tbsp biryani masala

3 cups vegetable broth

Sauté onion & masala. Add veggies, rice, broth. Cover and cook 20 min until liquid absorbed.

20 jumbo pasta shells

2 cups ricotta

1 cup chopped spinach

1 cup mozzarella

2 cups marinara sauce

Boil shells. Mix ricotta, spinach. Fill shells, place in baking dish with sauce, top with mozzarella. Bake 20 min at 190°C (375°F).

1 whole chicken (1.5kg)

2 lemons, juiced

4 garlic cloves

2 tbsp olive oil

Rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper

Mix oil, lemon, garlic, herbs. Rub on chicken. Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 1h 15min.

Instructions: Cook pasta. Sauté garlic in butter/oil. Add shrimp, cook 2 min per side. Add lemon juice, pepper flakes, parsley. Toss with pasta.
