Preorders are NOW OPEN!! I am excited to announce that I will have TWO weekends for you to choose from this month!
Orders will be available:
▪️March 22 for porch pickup from 9am-1pm in MELROSE
▪️March 23 for delivery between 9am-12pm, with a fee of $5 added to your total (Clovis/Portales area)
▪️March 30 in time for your Easter feast! Delivery will take place from 9-11am and porch pickup in MELROSE will be from 2-4pm.
Please specify which day you would like to receive your order.
Payments will be due upon ordering to secure your spot. If you are wondering why, this takes a lot of planning on my part! I have to be sure I give myself enough time to gather the ingredients and to make sure I have enough of what I need ❤️ I work a full time job & this is a side gig. I don't make much "profit," but I do enjoy baking sourdough creations! 😘
Payments can be made via VENMO, ZELLE, CASH APP OR PAYPAL. Arrangements can be made for cash payments as well if necessary.

What is something you like to do, that makes you feel HAPPY?! 🥰
For me, it is baking! I love starting a new bake session on the weekends. It really helps me to slow down, and enjoy the moments that go by so quickly on a daily basis.
I posted on my personal page that I had asked the Lord for more patience for 2024, and He gave me sourdough... And while I meant it as a joke, trying to find light in the things that have been stressing me out, it is actually true. Learning a skill on your own is no easy task. It has taken me endless hours of research. Lots of trial and error. And lots of TIME! One loaf takes nearly 24 hours from start to finish 😱 BUT, the results are so incredibly worth it! This journey has already shown me a lot and I've only just gotten started! I do hope you will follow along with me as I dive deeper into the sourdough obsession throughout the year!
