*Anti-Cancer diet♋♋♋: A vegetarian dietary regimen has many anti-cancer "advantages": it always includes more fiber amounts with acknowledged protective value (particularly for colon cancer ♋♋♋): it surely includes a good amount of beta-carotenes (vegetable form of vitamin A.) It will also certainly provide doses of ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Both vitamins act as antioxidants.*

This is because fluoride is bioaccumulative, meaning it builds up over time into so-called “microenvironments” like the brain, bones, and vital organs. According to the Fluoride Action Network, at least seven studies published over the last 30 years have found evidence of genetic damage in conjunction
with fluoride exposure. One of these, published in 2006 in the journal
Cancer, Causes & Control, made the following assessment with regards to bone cancer in young boys:
We observed that for males diagnosed before the age of 20 years, fluoride levels in drinking water during growth was associated with an increased risk of osteosarcoma, demonstrating a peak in the odds ratio from 6 to 8 years of age. All of our models were remarkably robust in showing this effect, which coincides with the mid-childhood growth spurt.”
This would make sense as fluoride competes with iodine, a beneficial
mineral, for residency in cell tissue. Fluoride actually supplants iodine in the thyroid gland, a contributing factor to thyroid cancer. Fluoride exposure has also been linked to cancers of the skin, bladder, and lungs.
💉7) PLASTICS
There’s really nothing good to say about plastic in general, as this petroleum derivative isn’t exactly doing our bodies or the environment any favors. But some forms of plastic are worse than others, lending to higher likelihood of hormonal changes and possible cancers as a result of long-term exposure.
Many of the chemicals that are added to plastics to make them flexible, durable, and fit for various other functions are highly toxic; a great number of them are also carcinogenic. One of the most well known is bisphenol-A, or BPA, a plasticizing chemical used in water bottles that was shown in a 2014 study to predispose rats to breast cancer.
Like fluoride, BPA appears to be mutagenic in the way that it alters genetic expression, potentially leading to cancer. And there are many other plastics
chemicals with similar cancer-causing.
💉8) CHEMTRAILS
Not to be confused with normal contrails, chemtrails are those billowing releases from airplanes that don’t dissipate, but rather expand and create blankets of white haze in the sky
🍗9) PROCESSED MEAT
When it comes to food, they say fresh is best. And we know that the fewer chemicals the better. But what about meat, and particularly cured meat that contains chemical preservatives?
The World Health Organization says that eating just two ounces of processed meat per day—this includes things like hot dogs, beef jerky, sausage, and salami—increases one’s risk of colorectal cancer by about 18 percent. A WHO panel of 22 scientists looked at data from more than 800 studies linking processed meat consumption cancer.
Stomach, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers were all prevalent among
processed-meat eaters, and the causes include exposure to carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) as well as nitrite preservatives.
Nitrites trigger the formation of N-nitroso compounds that in animal studies have been linked to causing cancer. Cooking meats at high
temperatures also results in the catalyzing of heterocyclic amines, or HCAs, which contain cancer-causing PAHs.
Clean food is such an important part of living an anticancer lifestyle that many alternative cancer treatment protocols hold it in the same high esteem as the potent therapeutics they prescribe. Thomas Edison put it rightly when he said, “The doctor of the future will no longer treat the human frame with drugs, but rather will cure and prevent disease with nutrition.”

Several animal studies indicate serious health risks associated with GMO food consumption including infertility, immune dysregulation, accelerated aging, dysregulation of genes associated with cholesterol synthesis, insulin regulation, cell signaling, and protein formation, and changes in the liver, kidney,
spleen and gastrointestinal system,” reports the American Academy of Environmental Medicine
(AAEM). GMOs that manufacture their alters gut bacteria and increases one’s risk of developing cancer
💉3)ENVIRONMENTAL TOXINS
You can’t always see them, but environmental pollutants are everywhere and many of them are carcinogenic. They’re obvious when they’re billowing out of a smokestack or puffing out of an exhaust pipe, but some of the worst ones are hiding unseen in soil and water, and even in foods that you probably eat on a regular basis. Some are naturally occurring and some are industrial waste by-products; as is the case with arsenic, some are both.
The National Cancer Institute lists efollowing toxins as being the most likely environmental carcinogens that affect human health:
💉4) VACCINES
These “miracles” of public health are loaded with chemical preservatives &adjuvants that are known carcinogens, not to mention live viruses that, in many cases, compromise and weaken immunity. Additives like formaldehyde (rat poison), aluminum, and mercury (thimerosal) are some of the worst
offenders you’ll find in vaccines, as are petroleum-based food colorings, acetone (a flammable solvent), aborted human fetal cells, and ammonium.
📲5) MOBILE PHONES AND EMFS
If it’s not pressed up against your thigh at this very moment, it’s probably in your hand or glued to your ear. I’m talking about your mobile phone, the 24/7
companion that, for most people, never leaves their side except at night while they sleep_and even then it’s usually plugged charging just a few inches away from their heads. All this contact with these convenient devices is problematic because they’re constantly emitting electromagnetic radiation that the IARC says is “possibly” carcinogenic to humans.
Despite their classification as low- powered radio-frequency transmitters, mobile phones act similarly to microwave ovens in the way they emit radiation, heating up water molecules with which they come into contact.
A mobile phone pressed directly against your head while it’s sending and receiving frequency and data will inadvertently “cook” your brain cells, since this tissue is composed primarily of water. The long-term effects of this are poorly understood, but common sense dictates that cooking brain tissue on a
regular basis is a recipe for cancer, particularly cancer of the brain.
Even when mobile phone radiation isn’t cooking cell tissue, it still
damages the way brain cells function, according to a 2011 study conducted by researchers at the National Institutes of Health. These same radio frequency (RF) waves from mobile phones generate “stress” proteins in human cells, says Martin Blank, Ph.D., who lectures on physiology and cellular biophysics at Columbia University in New York.
A German study published in the Journal of Negative Results in
BioMedicine in 2015 concluded that, based on a review of the published
science, there exists “some evidence to suggest a connection between heavy mobile phone use and increased risk for brain tumor occurrence, especially
for gliomas.”
💉6) FLUORIDE
They say it prevents tooth decay, but fluoride, which is added to many
municipal water supplies, is a known mutagen. The National Toxicology
Program has concluded based on e“ preponderance of evidence” that fluoride chemicals re mutagenic, meaning they inflict e type ogenetic damage that later on down the road can trigger the formation of cancer.
Contrary to what you were probably told all your life, fluoride isn’t safe, even at the supposedly “low” doses that are laced into public water supplies.

The philosophy of CANCER CAUSES
So what actually causes cancer
There are so many things cause cancer ♋
The government agency maintains that cancer is caused by certain genetic changes that alter the way cells divide, resulting in various mutations and tumor growths. Our ancestry and the “faulty” genes that were passed down to us by our parents and grandparents, the NCI also claims, are major determining factors in whether or not we as individuals will develop cancer at some point in our lives.
Cancer, in essence, can be summed up as a failure of the immune system to eradicate abnormal cells before they take root and become full-blown cancer. Our bodies are literally teeming with cancer cells to the tune of hundreds of thousands of new ones daily, which isn’t anything out o e ordinary when e` immune system is functioning optimally. When it’s not, that’s when problems arise.
PESTICIDES,ANTIBIOTICS, GROWTH HORMONES, AND POLLUTION: THE ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECT
One of the things I learned about cancer that really shocked me was the fact that most cancer deaths aren’t attributable to the primary cancer itself, but to cancer metastasis: when cancer spreads far and wide throughout the body and makes its home in vital organs and other important areas. By the time cancer reaches this level, which can take five years, ten years, or even longer, it’s already too late.
This is why prevention, or at the very least early detection, is so important in the fight against cancer. Knowing the factors and influences that contribute to the formation of cancer is the key to prevention, so what exactly are these?
One major grouping is environmental toxins: things like crop pesticides & herbicides, antibiotic drugs, artificial growth hormones, and other forms of pollution that obstruct oxygen uptake and damage immunity
💉1)CROP CHEMICALS
Ever since the fall of mankind, the earth hasn’t exactly been the most
hospitable to human survival endeavors like farming and agriculture. Weeds and pests are part of the “curse,” so to speak, and civilizations throughout history have attempted to thwart their deleterious effects with pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides. Prior to the industrial revolution, such interventions were mostly natural. Ancient Sumerians, for instance, used sulfur to control insects and mites, while GrecoRomans used “smokes” to fight mildew and blight. Cultivators burned materials like straw, hedge clippings, and even animal dung to create a thick smoke, which would then be blown into the wind across a field or orchard. It was also common to use plant extracts like bitter lupin and wild cucumber to deter insects.
Many plants contain their own natural pest deterrents, and some cultures have extracted and concentrate these for use in the crop fields. Pyrethrum, a derivative of Pyrethrum daisies (Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium), is a
broad-spectrum botanical insecticide that’s been in use for more than 2,000 years. A Bordeaux mixture of copper sulfate and lime is another natural solution that’s long been used to treat fungal diseases on crops.
💉2) GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS (GMOS)
The chemical toxicity component of modern agriculture is just one part of the problem; the other is transgenic crop species. Despite their official status as “food,” GMOs are essentially drugs that have been sneaked into the food
supply without consent, with mounds of independent research exposing them as a health disaster.
The FDA has never required proper safety testing for GMOs because it agrees with the chemical industry that GMOs are substantially equivalent to non-GMOs—except when it comes to patent protection, of course. Yet we see in independent tests that long-term GMO consumption is associated with a number of serious health conditions.

Home remedies for Calcaneus
Use ice compress in the first couple of days to reduce inflammation. Apply hot compress after the initial swelling subsides.
Apply cold compress at the beginning when the pain is sharp and intense. Wrap a plastic ice pack with a cloth or thin towel. Hold it against the painful areas to reduce the inflammation and numb sore tissue. After the initial sharp pain is subsided, you can start to apply warm compress using hot water bottle or heating pad. You can also try using warm and cold compress alternatively at the second stage.
Massage with eucalyptus, lavender or rosemary essential oil to help reduce inflammation and relief pain. Simply apply the oil and gently rub or massage it into the area where you feel pain the most. For plantar fasciitis sufferers, this will be along the sole of the foot where the fascia joins from the heel to the ball.
Take some calcium supplements

Anemia occurs when your blood doesn't have enough red blood cells. This can happen if:
Your body doesn't make enough red blood cells
Bleeding causes you to lose red blood cells more quickly than they can be replaced
Your body destroys red blood cells
What red blood cells do
Your body makes three types of blood cells white blood cells to fight infection, platelets to help your blood clot and red blood cells to carry oxygen throughout your body.
Red blood cells contain hemoglobin a red, iron-rich protein that gives blood its red color. Hemoglobin enables red blood cells to carry oxygen from your lungs to all parts of your body and to carry carbon dioxide from other parts of the body to your lungs so that it can be exhaled.
Most blood cells, including red blood cells, are produced regularly in your bone marrow a red, spongy material found within the cavities of many of your large bones. To produce hemoglobin and red blood cells, your body needs iron, vitamin B-12, folate and other nutrients from the foods you eat.

The human brain senses movement by getting signals from the eyes, muscles, and.vestibular system in inner ears. When traveling or in motion, the brain may get signals that do not agree with each other. This conflict between the senses causes symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, sweating and headache, which is known as motion sickness. Depending on the cause, it can also be referred to as seasickness, car sickness, simulation sickness or airsickness. movement.
Symptoms of motion sickness usually go away soon after the motion stops.
Self care Remedies
Put a drop of mugwort oil on your tongue just before departure, or drink mugwort tea twice a day for a day or two prior to journey.
Mix the juice of 1/2 lemon squeezed into a cupful of water and sip.🍋🍋
Ginger is a traditional remedy for nausea, and some studies show it may help with motion sickness.
Chew a slice of ginger
Licorice root helps in reducing the acidity of the stomach. It also helps to reduce the fatigue and queasiness associated with trips.
Take licorice lozenge as you travel.
The tannin in olives helps reduce saliva, which triggers nausea and vomiting.
Eat a couple of olives before your trip and take one when you begin to feel sick.

Keep your baby upright for a few minutes: This will allow the milk to flow down into the stomach and not be left in the esophagus.
If your baby falls asleep, lay them on their back: Your baby will automatically swallow or cough out any milk in their throat. Sleeping on the back will help them clear the fluids, should they spit up in their sleep (6).
Avoid tight clothing: You’ll want to avoid putting pressure on the stomach. This can include fasting the diaper too tight.
When to Call Your Doctor
Spitting up is bothersome in general, and spitting up through the nose, in particular, may freak you out. Try to keep in mind that it’s completely natural. However, there are a few symptoms you may want to discuss with your doctor, should they occur:
The spit-up doesn’t look like milk, or it’s yellow or green.
Your baby is spitting up blood.
Your baby isn’t gaining or is losing weight.
Your baby’s stools look different, either watery or bloody.
Your baby is fussy or not happy while eating.
At the End of the Day
Spitting up, even out of the nose, is a normal part of your baby’s development. So, as long as they’re feeding well, gaining weight, and aren’t overly fussy, you have no reason for concern.
Taking precautions like burping, holding your baby upright, and not overfeeding will minimize as much of the spit-up as possible. If you’re concerned, contact your doctor

Spit-up in infants is a natural and regular occurrence, when milk comes back up from the baby’s stomach through the mouth or nose.
Spit-up can happen frequently due to an immature stomach valve, distractions while feeding, swallowing air, or coughing/sneezing.
Spit-up is less severe than vomiting and can be caused by different factors.
To reduce the frequency of spit-up, parents can try feeding their baby on time, using smaller hole on the ni**le if bottle-fed, creating a quiet and distraction-free environment while feeding, and not overfeeding the baby.
Spit-up Through the Nose — Is It Normal?
Reflux in infants is when milk comes back up from a baby’s stomach and out the mouth or nose. It usually isn’t a serious problem, and it can happen in healthy babies several times per day, though it’s less common after 18 months (1).
The natural reflex that pushes the milk back up is something your baby has no control over. The nose and throat are connected (2), and if spit-up happens quickly, it can be projectile and take you by surprise.
Several things may cause your baby to spit up frequently:
Immature stomach valve: A sphincter muscle connects your baby’s stomach and esophagus. The lower esophageal sphincter muscle is immature in newborns and sometimes allows food to escape into the esophagus (3).
Distractions: When your baby gets distracted while feeding, their suck-swallow reflex can be disrupted. They may swallow too much milk at once, causing slight choking, sending milk back out the nose.
Swallowing air: If your baby is really hungry, they might feed in a rushed, gulping manner. This can cause them to ingest air. The air can then return later, bringing the milk with it.
Coughing or sneezing: Your newborn baby has little control over their body. The simple act of sneezing or coughing can cause milk to come back up the esophagus.
Spit-up Versus Vomit
Spit-up is normal and happens often, but it is less severe than vomiting. Vomiting is the forceful expulsion of the stomach’s contents. Spit-up is an easy flow, like the milk that comes out with a burp.
Many things can trigger the part of the brain that stimulates the vomiting reflex. They include the following:
The nerves in the stomach or intestine reacting to inflammation or irritation due to an infection or blockage.
Chemicals in the blood, likely from drugs or poison.
Motion sickness that is triggered by the middle ear.
Your baby may occasionally vomit due to rotavirus or a mild stomach infection (4). However, this shouldn’t happen regularly. If it doesn’t pass quickly and your child shows signs of illness, we recommend contacting your health care provider.
How Can I Reduce How Often My Baby Spits Up?
Spit-up isn’t a pleasant part of child rearing. It stains clothes and blankets, and you will have to do more laundry than you ever wished to do. Plus, if your baby is on formula, their spit-up will smell awful.
There’s good news, though. Here are a few things you can do to reduce your little one’s chances of frequently spitting up:
While Feeding
Try to feed your baby on time as much as possible: If your baby is overly hungry, they may gulp and swallow air, increasing the chance for spit-up later on.
If your baby is bottle-fed, make sure that the hole on the ni**le isn’t too large: A larger ni**le hole may cause your baby to get too much milk too quickly.
Feed your baby in a room with minimal distractions: A nice quiet spot will keep your baby focused on eating instead of what is happening around them. This may be the most difficult thing to fix if you have other children to care for.
Don’t overfeed: If your baby is acting full, even if they’ve eaten less than usual, trust their instincts (5). Don’t force them to eat more than they want or need.
After Feeding
Burp your baby immediately: You can reduce a lot of spit-up by simply making sure your baby has been properly burped.
