Rexplore AI is an Artificial Intelligence research and product development lab on a mission to reimagine how machines learn.

We’re looking for Software Engineering Interns based in Lilongwe to join our team and contribute to building AI software products.

Location: Songwe Street, Plot 526, New Area 12, Lilongwe
Start Date: As soon as possible
Technology Stack: Python, FastAPI, Celery, Next.js, PostgreSQL
Experience with LangChain or LangGraph will be an added advantage.

Addressing these bottlenecks is critical if we want to achieve truly autonomous agents that require minimal supervision and are robust against errors.

I believe more attention and research should focus on these areas, as they represent the next frontier in building AI systems that are both intelligent and reliable. The future of autonomous, error-resilient agents depends on overcoming these challenges.
