Feeling incredibly proud and grateful to share my results from the Master Athletics Championship 2026! It was an unforgettable experience, and I’m thrilled to have earned:
* Gold Medal: 400m
* Bronze Medal: 5000m
* Silver Medal: 4x400m Relay
* Silver Medal: 800m
* Silver Medal: 1500m
This journey has been filled with immense dedication, perseverance, and passion. Huge thanks to everyone who supported me along the way! Onwards and upwards!

So proud to have secured a silver medal in the 1500m at the Master Athletics Championship 2026! Going head-to-head with Nepal’s former 1500m record holder was an honor, and I gave it everything I had. Every race is a battle, and today, this warrior’s heart is full. So happy with this result and the fight I brought to the track!💪🏻
