Postal Code: 523000. Clients are strictly advised NOT to send, deliver, arrange, or consign any cargo, documents, or shipments to the above address from this point onward. Please kindly note that any cargo delivered, stored, handled, transferred, or arranged to the above location after the issuance of this notice shall be entirely at the sender’s, supplier’s, shipper’s, or cargo owner’s sole risk and responsibility. INCENT PVT LTD shall not assume any liability, responsibility, insurance coverage, compensation obligation, operational responsibility, customs responsibility, or claims of any nature whatsoever relating to cargo sent to the above address after the effective time of this announcement.

Clients are requested to contact our team directly in order to obtain updated warehouse details and operational instructions prior to arranging any future shipments.

We would like to inform you that one of the consolidated containers en route from China to the Maldives is currently undergoing inspection procedures by the relevant Chinese customs and maritime safety authorities following matters identified during the export and transport assessment process at origin.

As a result, there may unfortunately be delays to the shipment timeline and possible additional costs associated with the situation.

Please be assured that our team is actively coordinating with the relevant parties and authorities in order to facilitate a resolution and minimize the impact on our clients as much as possible.
