Banks don’t only rely on what you declare.
In Maldives, credit information is compiled through the Credit Information Bureau under MMA, using data provided by member institutions. The report includes credit history, credit transactions, and payment histories for individuals and companies, and is used by members to evaluate creditworthiness.
