Strawberries are definitely the theme of this week! If people are lucky enough they might get strawberries and cream cupcakes! :)

Probably the busiest baking week I've ever had is about to start! Niece's 1st birthday (Mum, sister and I are going to create a magical ensemble of treats :D) then just a few days after, birthday baking! Excited but kind of apprehensive about just how many cakes i need to bake! >_

Trying out something different - Olive oil and lemon cake! Made with Pappas Organic Liquid Gold Olive Oil... it smells divine so far!

Red velvet cakes in the oven, wow i forgot how lovely they smell!! soon they will be decorated as bRAAAIIIINNNSSSSSS :D hooray!

Double layer intense dark chocolate cake, generously filled and frosted with peanut butter frosting, and then topped with a peanut butter dark chocolate ganache. My house smells of nuts and chocolate again, and it's GOOD! :D

Has anyone in Malta successfully made Macarons? I'm wondering if it's possible to make them with all this humidity...
