myanmar တို့ Thai တို့မှာလည်း တချို့ Singapore Company တွေယှဉ်မရတဲ့ Quality နဲ့ Standard ကျတဲ့ Document , Drawings တွေ အများကြီးရှိပါတယ်
အဓိက က အခြေခံနဲ့သဘောတရားကို ပိုင်နိုင်ရင်
ကိုယ့်အတွေ့အကြုံနဲ့ပေါင်းစပ်ပြီး အလုပ်ကောင်းကောင်းလုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်
Singapore မှာ BIM Modeling ဘယ်လောက်ပဲ တိုးတက်လာပါစေ AutoCAD ကိုတော့ လုံးဝ မချန်ထားနိုင်သေးပါဘူး။
Revit လို BIM software တွေက design coordination နဲ့ model-based workflow အတွက် အရေးကြီးလာတာ မှန်ပေမယ့် လက်တွေ့ site အလုပ်တွေ၊ shop drawing တွေ၊ detail drawing တွေမှာ AutoCAD က အခုထိ မဖြစ်မနေလိုအပ်နေဆဲပါ။
ဘာကြောင့်လဲဆိုတော့
• Authority submission အများစုက 2D drawing ပဲ လက်ခံသေးတယ်
• Site မှာ change ဖြစ်လာရင် AutoCAD နဲ့ ပြင်တာက ပိုမြန်တယ်
• Subcon နဲ့ supplier တွေ အများစုက CAD drawing ပဲ သုံးနေကြတယ်
• BIM model ထဲက export လုပ်ပြီး AutoCAD မှာ detail ပြန်ဆွဲရတဲ့အလုပ်တွေ များနေဆဲပါ
ဒါကြောင့် အမြင်အရတော့
BIM က future ဖြစ်ပေမယ့် AutoCAD က present ပါ။
Professional တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်ချင်ရင် BIM software တွေကို သိရုံနဲ့ မလုံလောက်ဘူး။ AutoCAD ကိုပါ ကျွမ်းကျင်ထားမှ Singapore construction industry မှာ တကယ့်ကို အသုံးဝင်တဲ့ drafter / BIM modeler ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
အဲ့တာကြောင့် ပထမဆုံးအနေနဲ့ AutoCAD နဲ့ Drafting Knowledge တွေကို ပထမဆုံးကျွမ်းကျင်ဖို့ကလည်း အရေးကြီးပါတယ်
