Pile စက်တစ်စက်တွင်အနေအထားနှစ်မျိုးဖြင့် Pile ရိုက်ခြင်းကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် ပါရှိပါသည်။ ၄င်းနှစ်မျိုးကိုပင် Center Piling နှင့် Side Piling ဟု ခေါ်ပါသည်။ သာမန် Pile စက်တစ်စက် လွယ်ကူစွာ သွားလာနိုင်ရန် လုံလောက်သော အကျယ်အဝန်းရှိသော နေရာများတွင် Center Piling ကို အသုံးပြု၍ လုံလောက်သောအကျယ်အဝန်းမရှိသောနေရာများ ( အထူးသဖြင့် Long Ship ဟုခေါ်သော Pile စက်ခြေထောက်နဲ့ ခြံဝင်းတံတိုင်းများ၊ Septic Tank များ၊ အခြားအဆောက်အဦးများနဲ့ မလွတ်သော အခြေအနေများ ) တွင် Side Piling ကို အသုံးပြုပါသည်။
(*** Pile စက်အစိတ်အပိုင်းများ၏ အခေါ်အဝေါ်များကို ပုံ(၁) တွင်ကြည့်ပါ။ )
Center Piling နှင့် Side Piling တို့၏ အဓိကကွာခြားချက်ကို အလွယ်တကူမြင်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Center Piling တွင် Clamping Box မှာ Pile စက်၏ Center မှာ ရှိနေခြင်း၊ Counterweight တုံးများမှာလည်း Pile စက်Clamping Box ၏ ပတ်ချာလည်တွင် မျှတစွာရှိနေခြင်းကြောင့် လိုအပ်သော Pressure ရရှိရန် Pile ရိုက်ရာတွင် လွယ်ကူစွာ ရိုက်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Side Piling တွင်မူ Clamping Box မှာ Pile စက်၏ အနောက်ပိုင်း ( Back Side ) တွင်နေရာချထားခြင်း၊ Counterweight တုံးများမှာလည်း Cantilever Beam ပေါ်တွင် တင်ထားရခြင်းကြောင့်လိုအပ်သော Pressure ...နောက်တစ်နည်းပြာရရင် လိုအပ်သော tons ရရှိရန်အတွက် မှန်ကန်သော Counterweight တင်ထားမှ ရမှာပါ။ ရိုက်ရမယ့် Tons ကများပြီ တင်ထားတဲ့ Counterweight ကနည်းနေရင်လည်းကောင်း၊ ရိုက်ရာတွင် စိတ်လောကြီးလျှင်လည်းကောင်း မြေကြီး၏ပင့်အားကြောင့် Side Piling Frame ကို လှန်ချိုးသလို ဖြစ်တတ်သော အန္တရာယ်ရှိပါသည်။ Clamping Box နဲ့ Pressure ပေးသော Cylinder များမှာ ဒီစက်မှ ဒီပစ္စည်းများသာ ဖြစ်သဖြင့် Center Piling နှင့့်ကွာခြားမှုမရှိပါ။Cylinder မှ Pressure အပြည့်ရိုက်ပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။ သို့သော် Side Piling မှာ Main Piling ရဲ့ 60% to 70% ထိသာ ရိုက်နိုင်လေ့ရှိပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ... စက်မှ 460 tons ရိုက်နိုင်သော်လည်း Side Piling အတွက်မူ 276tons ခန့်သာ ရိုက်နိုင်လေ့ရှိပါသည်။ အထက်က ပြောခဲ့သလို Pile စက်၏ Side Piling အတွက် body တည်ဆောက်ပုံအရလည်းကောင်း၊ Pile စက်မပျက်စီးစေရန် cover ယူထားခြင်းကြောင့်သော်လည်းကောင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အဓိက အချက်မှာ မှန်ကန်သော Counterweight ရှိစေရန်နှင့် Pressure မပြည့်မီ ရိုက်လိုက်သော Pile မှာ ဆက်မဆင်းတော့ပဲ ရပ်နေပြီဆိုလျှင် အတင်းဆက်မရိုက်ပဲ ခေတ္တစောင့်ဆိုင်းပြီးမှ အခြေအနေကိုကြည့်ပြီး ဆောင်ရွက်ရပါမည်။ ထိုအခြေအနေတွင် မြေလွှာအတွင်း၌ ကျောက်လွှာနှင့်တွေ့နေသလား၊ သို့မဟုတ် တခါတရံ ဘေးမှ Pile Points မြောက်မြားစွာ ရိုက်ထားခြင်းကြောင့် မြေသားများကြပ်ပြီး Pile မဆင်းတာလား....စသည်ဖြင့် သေချာစွာ စဉ်းစားပြီး ခေတ္တစောင့့်ကြည့်ရပါမည်။ Pile Driver အများစုမှာ ကျွမ်းကျင်ကျပြီး တခါတရံ သူများအဆောက်အဦးနှင့် ကပ်နေသော နေရာများတွင်လည်းကောင်း၊ အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ အခြေအနေများတွင်လည်းကောင်း စိတ်မလောစေရန် သတိပေးရပါမည်။
အထက်တွင် မပြောပဲ ထားခဲ့တာ တစ်ခုရှိပါသေးတယ်။ Corner Piling ပါ။ Side Piling နဲ့ Corner Piling Work တွေကို Side Piling နဲ့ပဲ ရိုက်ပါတယ်။ ထပ်ချဲ ့ပြောရရင်တော့ Side Piling ဆိုတာ ခြံအုတ်တံတိုင်းတလျှောက် Pile ရိုက်တာမျိုးဖြစ်ပြီး Corner Piling ကတော့ တံတိုင်းနှစ်ခုဆုံတဲ့ ထောင့်ဆုံနေရာမျိုးမှာ Pile ရိုက်တာမျိုးပါ။
Side Piling or Corner Piling ရိုက်ချင်တယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ Pile စက်က နေရာလွတ် (Space) ဘယ်လောက်ကျန်ရင် ရိုက်လို့ရမလဲဆိုတာ သိရပါမယ်။ အဲဒါကိုလဲ Pile စက်ရဲ့ Mannual ထဲမှာ ကြည့်နိုင်သလို၊ On Site မှာ အပြင်မှာရှိတဲ့ စက်ကြီးကို တိုင်းတာကြည့်လျှင်လည်း အလွယ်တကူသိနိုင်ပါတယ်။ပျမ်းမျှအနေနဲ့ Pile စက်အမျိုးအစားပေါ်တည်၍ အခြားအဆောက်အဦးများနှင့့်....ဥပမာ ခြံဝင်းတံတိုင်းမှ 1.5' မှ 3.5' အကွာအထိ Pile ရိုက်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ***ပုံကိုကြည့်ပါ။
Pile စက်မှာအသုံးပြုတဲ့ Counterweight က Cast Iron Counterweight နဲ့ Barite Counterweight ဆိုပြီး နှစ်မျိုးရှိပါတယ်။ Cast Iron Counterweight က 6800 Kg/m^3 အလေးချိန်ရှိပြီး Barite က 3800 Kg/m^3 လေးပါတယ်။ On Site မှာတော့ Counterweight ကို အဆင်ပြေသလိုအသုံးပြုကြပါတယ်။ *** ပုံမှာ ကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
Side Piling/Corner Piling ရဲ့ အနှစ်ချုပ်ကလည်းနှစ်ချက်တည်းပါပဲ။ ကိုယ့်စက်ရဲ့ ရိုက်နိုင်တဲ့ Pressure နဲ့ Space ကို သိရပါမယ်။ဒါပါပဲ။
တကယ်တော့ Pile ရိုက်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းတွင် Main Con ရဲ့ Engineer များ Supervisor များက Design ပေး၊ Pressureမှတ်၊ အခြားလိုအပ်သည်များကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးပြီး Pile အဖွဲ့ကပဲ Pile ရိုက်မည်ဟု မတွေးစေလိုပါ။ Pile အဖွဲ့က သူ့စက်၊ သူ့လူနဲ့ ရိုက်မှာဖြစ်ပေမယ့် ကြီးကြပ်မယ့် အင်ဂျင်နီယာက ဒီအချက်တွေကို သိမှသာ မှန်ကန်သောကြီးကြပ်ညွှန်ကြားမှုကို ပေးနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ဒါ့အပြင် ကိုယ့် Site ရဲ့ ဘယ်အပိုင်းကတော့ Side Piling နဲ့ ရိုက်ရမှာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် ဘယ်အပိုင်းကိုတော့အရင်ပြီးအောင်လုပ်မယ်၊ ဘယ်အပိုင်းပြီး ဘယ်အပိုင်းလုပ်မယ် စသည်ဖြင့် မှနျကနျသောဆုံးဖွတျမှုကျို ပြုနိုင်မှာပါ။
နောက်ဆုံးတစ်ချက်ကတော့ Hydraulic Static Pile Driver စက်တွေဟာ Square Column ရော Round or Circular Column တွေပါ ရိုက်ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။
