ခေတ်မရွေး သစ်လွင်နေမည့် ဗိသုကာဒီဇိုင်း (Timeless Architecture) ဆိုတာဘာလဲ?

အိမ်တစ်လုံး ဒါမှမဟုတ် အဆောက်အအုံတစ်ခုကို ဒီဇိုင်းဆွဲတော့မယ်ဆိုရင် "Timeless Design" (ခေတ်မရွေး သစ်လွင်နေမည့်ဒီဇိုင်း) ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလုံးကို ခဏခဏ ကြားဖူးကြမှာပါ။ လူအများစုက ဒါကို "လှပတဲ့ဒီဇိုင်း" လို့ပဲ ရိုးရိုးရှင်းရှင်း ထင်တတ်ကြပေမယ့် တကယ်တမ်းမှာတော့ ဒါဟာ အလှအပထက် ပိုမိုနက်ရှိုင်းတဲ့အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိပါတယ်။

ထာဝစဉ်သစ်လွင်နေတဲ့ ဗိသုကာပညာရပ်ဆိုတာ ခေတ်ရေစီးကြောင်းတွေ၊ ခေတ်စားနေတဲ့ အရောင်အသွေးတွေနောက်ကို မလိုက်ဘဲ လူသားတွေရဲ့ အခြေခံလိုအပ်ချက်နဲ့ သဘာဝတရားအပေါ်မှာ အခြေခံထားတဲ့ အနုပညာရပ်ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီနေ့မှာတော့ Timeless Architecture တစ်ခုဖြစ်လာစေဖို့ အဓိကကျတဲ့ အချက် ၅ ချက်ကို မျှဝေပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

၁။ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်အပေါ် အခြေခံခြင်း (Functionality)

အိမ်တစ်လုံးရဲ့ အဓိကတာဝန်က ချက်ပြုတ်ခြင်း၊ အနားယူခြင်း၊ အိပ်စက်ခြင်းနဲ့ ရေချိုးခြင်းစတဲ့ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာတွေကို အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့စေဖို့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

စနစ်တကျရှိခြင်း: မီးဖိုချောင်မှာ ပန်းကန်ဆေးစင်နဲ့ ပန်းကန်ဆေးစက် ဘေးချင်းယှဉ်ရှိနေတာမျိုး၊ ဆီးနှင်း ဒါမှမဟုတ် ရွှံ့တွေပေလာရင် အိမ်ထဲမဝင်ခင် သန့်ရှင်းရေးလုပ်နိုင်တဲ့ Mudroom (အညစ်အကြေးသန့်စင်ခန်း) ရှိတာမျိုးဟာ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ကို ဦးစားပေးတဲ့ ဒီဇိုင်းတွေပါ။

လုပ်ဆောင်ချက် ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ အိမ်တစ်လုံးဟာ ဘယ်ခေတ်ရောက်ရောက် အသုံးဝင်နေမှာဖြစ်လို့ ဒါဟာ ထာဝစဉ်သစ်လွင်မှုရဲ့ အခြေခံပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၂။ ရိုးရှင်းမှု (Simplicity)

"Less is More" ဆိုတဲ့အတိုင်း မလိုအပ်တဲ့ အပိုအလင်္ကာတွေကို ဖယ်ရှားပြီး ရိုးရှင်းအောင် ဖန်တီးခြင်းဟာ အချိန်ကြာလာလေလေ ပိုကြည့်ကောင်းလေလေ ဖြစ်စေပါတယ်။

နားလည်ရလွယ်ကူခြင်း: Apple ထုတ်ကုန်တွေလိုပဲ၊ အသုံးပြုရတာ ရိုးရှင်းပြီး အလိုအလျောက် နားလည်စေတဲ့ ဒီဇိုင်းမျိုးကို ဆိုလိုတာပါ။

အိမ်တစ်လုံးဟာ လူနေထိုင်မှုပုံစံနဲ့ တစ်သားတည်းဖြစ်နေပြီး ရှုပ်ထွေးမှုမရှိဘဲ သဘာဝအတိုင်း စီးဆင်းနေဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

၃။ ခိုင်ခံ့ပြီး တည်မြဲတဲ့ ပစ္စည်းများကို အသုံးပြုခြင်း (Quality Materials)

ခေတ်ပေါ်ပစ္စည်းတွေဟာ ခဏပဲခံပြီး အသစ်လဲရတတ်ပေမယ့် ကျောက်သား၊ သစ်သားနဲ့ သတ္တုစတဲ့ သဘာဝပစ္စည်းတွေကတော့ အချိန်ကြာလာတာနဲ့အမျှ ပိုပြီးအရောင်အသွေးလှလာတတ်ပါတယ်။

ဂုဏ်သတ္တိ ပြောင်းလဲမှု: သဘာဝပစ္စည်းတွေမှာ အချိန်ကြာလာရင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာတဲ့ "Patina" ခေါ်တဲ့ အိုဟောင်းမှုအရောင်အသွေးဟာ အဆောက်အအုံကို ပိုမိုခန့်ညားစေပါတယ်။

၄။ ကုန်ကြမ်းပစ္စည်းများကို အမှန်အတိုင်း အသုံးပြုခြင်း (Honest Use of Materials)

ဒါကတော့ ပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုကို သူ့ရဲ့ သဘာဝဂုဏ်သတ္တိအတိုင်း အသုံးချတာကို ဆိုလိုပါတယ်။

ဥပမာ- ကျောက်တုံးဆိုတာ လေးလံတဲ့အရာဖြစ်လို့ မြေပြင်မှာ အခိုင်အမာ တည်ရှိနေသင့်ပါတယ်။ ကျောက်ပြားတွေကို သံမဏိတိုင်တွေမှာ ကပ်ပြီး လေထဲမှာ ဝဲနေသယောင် လုပ်တာမျိုးဟာ "မရိုးသားတဲ့ အသုံးချမှု" (Dishonest use) ဖြစ်ပြီး အချိန်ကြာလာရင် ကြည့်ရတာ တစ်မျိုးဖြစ်နေတတ်ပါတယ်။

ပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုချင်းစီရဲ့ သဘာဝကို လေးစားတဲ့ဒီဇိုင်းဟာ ရေရှည်မှာ ပိုမိုတည်မြဲပါတယ်။

၅။ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နှင့် လိုက်လျောညီထွေရှိခြင်း (Context Aware)

အဆောက်အအုံတစ်ခုဟာ သူ့ရဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နဲ့ လိုက်ဖက်မှုရှိရပါမယ်။ တောထဲမှာဆောက်တဲ့အိမ်က တောနဲ့လိုက်ဖက်ရသလို၊ မြို့ထဲကအိမ်ကလည်း ဘေးပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နဲ့ ဟန်ချက်ညီရပါမယ်။ သဘာဝနှင့် တစ်သားတည်းဖြစ်ခြင်း: အပြင်က ရှုခင်းကို အိမ်ထဲကနေ ကောင်းကောင်းမြင်နိုင်အောင် ပြတင်းပေါက်တွေ ထားရှိတာမျိုး၊ မြေမျက်နှာသွင်ပြင်အတိုင်း အိမ်ကို ပုံဖော်တာမျိုးဟာ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို လေးစားတဲ့ ဒီဇိုင်းတွေပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
