Treadwear

ဒီအချက်ကတာယာဝယ်ယူရာမှာအရေးကြီးပါတယ်
စျေးကိုကြည့်ဖို့ထက် Treadwear (TW) သတ်မှတ်ချက်ဘယ်လောက်ရှိလဲအရေးကြီးပါတယ်။
ဥပမာ TW 150ဟာ TW 100ထက် 50% သက်တမ်းပိုရှည်ရှည်သုံးလို့ရတယ်ဆိုတာပါပဲ

4-Treadwearညွှန်းကိန်းမပါတဲ့တာယာဆိုရင်တော့စဉ်းစားစေချင်ပါတယ်။ လေ့လာမိသလောက် TW ကို 400 အထက်ဝယ်ယူသင့်ပါတယ်။

Uses numbers from 100 to about 700. Theoretically, a tyre rated 150 would have a 50 percent longer lifespan than a tyre rated 100 if used in the same conditions — driver, vehicle and roads. Soft summer tyres tend to have lower treadwear ratings than all-season tyres.

5-တာယာရဲ့လမ်းပေါ်မှာရှိတဲ့ကုတ်အား(Grip)ပြအမှတ်အသား Traction

AA, A, B နဲ့ C အထိသွားပြီး AA ဟာအကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Uses AA, A, B and C, with AA being the best traction on a wet road. The traction measured is straight-line acceleration and braking. This is not a measure of cornering grip or performance on dry surfaces.

Temperature

Aမှ C အထိသတ်မှတ်ထားပြီး AGrade ဟာခံနိုင်ရည်အကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Uses letter grades A, B and C, with A representing the best resistance to heat buildup and C the least. The friction of a tyre on pavement generates heat, and too much heat degrades high-speed performance and can accelerate aging and failure. C is the lowest permissible rating.

7-တာယာထုတ်ခုနှစ်အမှတ်အသား
Production Date

ဒါကတော့လူသိများပါတယ်။ 0319 လို့အကွက်လေးမှာပြထားရင် 3rd week of 2019 မှာထုတ်တာလို့ပြောတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
All tyres are produced with a serial Tyre Identification Number (or serial TIN) that shows the date of manufacture of a tyre. The last four digits of the serial TIN indicate the week and year that the tyre was made. For example, if a tyre has a production date 0319 it means the tyre was made in 3rd week of 2019.

ကားတုန်ခါရခြင်း အခြေခံအချက်များ

၁။ ပထမဆုံးကားတုန်ခါရခြင်းအကြောင်းကတော့ Engine Misfire ဆိုတဲ့ အင်ဂျင်ရဲ့ ဆလင်ဒါ တစ်လုံးလုံး ဒါမှမဟုတ် တစ်လုံးထက်ပိုပြီး ညာ နေ ခြင်းပါ။ Check engine light ချက်မီးလင်းတတ်ပြီး ပလတ်/ပလတ်ကွိုင်/ဝါယာ/ injector ပိတ်နေခြင်း/အလုပ်မလုပ်ခြင်း စသည်ဖြင့် အင်ဂျင်မှာပါတဲ့ cylinder တိုင်းပုံမှန်အလုပ်မလုပ်ရင် အင်ဂျင် balance မဖြစ်တော့ဘဲ တုန်ခါရခြင်းပါ။ တစ်ခါ တစ်လေလည်း Toyota Passo 1000cc လို လေလိုင်း ဂျီးကပ်ပြီးတုန်နေတာကတော့ လေတံခါးဆေး/လေစစ်လဲ/MAP/MAF ဆင်ဆာဆေးလိုက်ရင် တုန်တာသက်သာပါတယ်။ တစ်ခါတစ်လေလည်း Gearbox error ကြောင့် မီးပွိုင့်စောင့်နေတုန်းဖြစ်ဖြစ် back gear ထိုးပြီး နောက်ဆုတ်ဖို့ကြည့်နေတုန်း တုန်တာတို့လည်းရှိပါတယ်။

၂။ ဒုတိယကတော့ အရှိန်တစ်ခုမှာ ဘရိတ်နင်းတဲ့အခါ ဘရိတ်ခြေနင်းတုန်ခါပြီး အတွင်းတုန်ဖြစ်တာပါ။ ကျန်တဲ့အချိန်မတုန်ဘဲ ဘရိတ်နင်းမှ သီးသန့်တုန်တာ ကတော့ ဘရိတ်ဒရမ် မျက်နှာပြင် မညီညာခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဘရိတ်ပတ် မကောင်းတာ/ဘရိတ်စနစ် မကောင်းတာ/ABS အလုပ်မလုပ်တာ/စသည်ဖြင့် လည်းဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။

၃။ တတိယအချက်ကတော့ ဟိုက်ဝေး 70/80 km/h အထက်လောက်နဲ့ မောင်းနေစဉ်မှာ တုန်တဲ့ 80% လောက်ကတော့ တာယာ out of balanceကြောင့်ပါ။ ကားတာယာတွေဟာ ရာဘာတွေရဲ့ တာယာနေရာအနှံ့ Balance ဖြစ်အောင်ရှိမနေနိုင်မှုကြောင့် ကားခွေမှာ တပ်ဆင်တဲ့အခါ လိုတဲ့နေရာကို ဖြည့်ပေးရန် weight တုံးလေးတွေ Rim မှာပါပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် တာယာ အသစ်လဲရင် wheel balancing လုပ်ရပါမယ်။ အလွိုင်းခွေတွေမှလည်း ဝိတ်တုံးလေးတွေပါပါတယ်။ ကျန်တဲ့ ၂၀% ကတော့ Drive shaft တွေရဲ့ CV joint တွေကြောင့်ပါ။ CV joint တွေက ရာဘာအစွတ်တွေ ပြဲပြီး ဖုန်/သဲဝင်ကာ ပျက်စီးတဲ့အခါ drive shaft ရဲ့ လည်ပတ်မှုဟာ ဘီးဆီကိုအပြည့်အဝ မရောက်ဘဲ ကားchassis ကနေတဆင့် ကားတစ်စီးလုံး တုန်တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
၄။ စတုတ္ထကတော့ မောင်းတင်းတွေမကောင်းခြင်းပါ။ Engine mount အပေါ် အောက် နဲ့ Transmission mount တွေပျက်စီးနေလို့တုန်ခြင်းပါ။ မောင်းတင်း တွေအခြေအနေကို စမ်းသပ်ချင်ရင်တော့ ကားရပ် နေစဉ် အခြားတစ်ယောက်အား ဘရိတ်နင်းပြီး hand brake ပါဆွဲထားကာ (foot brake ဆို နင်းထားပါ) ဂီယာကို P N R S L စသည်ဖြင့် အမျိုးမျိုးပြောင်းစေပြီး ကားဘောနပ် ဖွင့်ကာ ဂီယာအချိန်းအပြောင်းမှာ အင်ဂျင်လှုပ်ခါမှုကိုကြည့်ပြီး ဆုံးဖြတ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ပုံမှန် အားဖြင့်တော့ နည်းနည်းခါပါတယ်။

၅။ နောက်ဆုံးတစ်ချက်ကတော့ tie rod တွေစားပြီး ချောင်လာတဲ့အခါ steering လက်ကိုင်ကနေ တုန်ခါခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကြာတာနဲ့အမျှ တာယာ မျက်နှာပြင်တွေမှာ တစ်ခြမ်းစောင်းပါး နေတတ်တာ တွေ့ရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
