Ireland is undoubtedly a land of confluences due to its history and the multiple invasions, legends and events it got through. In the 5th century BC the Ireland invasion by the Celts left a profound historical and cultural mark on Irish identity that still prevails today.

Gregory Buda is a multidisciplinary mixologist exploring the art and science of alcohol. As his Phd at Cornell in Biology also involved chemistry, he fell in love with cocktails because of all the science involved in making good combinations.

Outside of Ireland, Irish food is often mistakenly thought to consist of nothing more than potatoes and mutton. The food and cooking of Ireland are steeped in history and heritage and Irish food draws on the wealth of ingredients available from the sea and pasturelands.

Our croustillant Truffle Grilled Cheese is composed by melted cheddar, munster and sbrinz. It's just a real treat for cheese lovers!
