My story
Hello beautiful souls,
My name is Fatima Zahrae, I’m an artist, a dreamer, and a storyteller.
I love to try anything new, and experiment with different art techniques.. My experiments led me to discover art journaling and mixed media art.
I started my first art journal on August 2014. I had a stack of photos I’ve taken while practicing and discovering photography.. A stack that needed a breath of life and some words to channel the feelings that were stuck in it.
The idea was first to create a scrapbook like portfolio for my photography.. I hadn't found my photography style back then and I wasn't at all satisfied with my photos.. I couldn't represent the concepts I had in mind through them.. so I started an art journal to express my feelings and ideas through words, paint and collages.
I named my art journal "August papers" and this is one of its pages.
