From May 14th to 16th, SABO celebrates its first anniversary with an exceptional dinner experience built around an exclusive limited-edition menu imagined by Jean-François Piège, bringing together SABO signatures and, for the very first time in Marrakech, an iconic creation from Le Grand Restaurant in Paris.
Three nights where French gastronomy meets live music beneath SABO’s Belle Époque atmosphere.
Each evening unfolds to the rhythm of a live trio: singer-pianist, double bassist and saxophonist.
