Hello !!
Im a citizen of inda, currently in lativa. I married to a Latvian citizen in Cyprus but the Latvian immigration want proof (that my wife need to be in Cyprus for 90days and its also not written in the law of Latvian as per I know that my wife been in Cyprus 7,8 times in Cyprus will stay with me and she stay more than 90 days..
I been here from 17 August till now , i give all my documents to Latvian immigration (like my married certificate , whats app chat and my wife spends money in Cyprus by her card which belongs to Latvian bank , some many more proff , but still they don’t believe !!
Im in a big problem, plz help me out

It is completely misunderstanding by the people and over-reacting on situation. Since more than 150 Indian people in Latvia requested ILCEF. For their willing to travel back India, on observing the situation in Latvia. ILCEF is working as a volunteer to support Indian citizen in Latvia.

To be remembered that we were just working on it, no further information was posted on this, it was not our goal to make business out of this situation, but wanted to safegaurd Indian citizens here in Latvia.

It is quite heavy work to answer each individual and understand their situation during day and night,
It was so hard today talking to the people at airport who are still willing to go home and be with parents, Even after the travel restrictions.

INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS IN INDIA - NEW GUIDELINES w.e.10th February 2022

Major changes in the latest guidelines of MoHFW:

1. Risk and no Risk distinctions removed.
2. No quarantine for international arrivals.
3. Either RTPCR negative certificate within 72 hrs of journey or vaccination certificate from mutually accepted countries( list finalised by MEA and attached to the guidelines).
4. No testing on day 8th.
