HRMeetup #17 - Game & Communication focused HRMeetup is meeting again - this time online. We will cover the crisis communication topics and play a fun game.

Day 2 of Design Thinking workshop. Staright to practise - to check all yesterdays’ stakeholders and possible experts - leveraging vision with reality. Digging into actual value proposition and discover different Persona pains and gains. Mapping emotional responses is very insightful!

Day 1 is done, Rostislav also had great assistant 🐕

Today we learned about desing thinking history, main concepts and digged into mapping exercises. Rushed and underestimated experience mapping often result in false decisions and bad designs.
Adding more time, patience and focus gave us new perspective on actual problem stakeholders, influencers and systemic patterns of industry in general.

So much painful topics today on how companies “play” with fixed and variable salary parts with different goals: to motivate, to cover risks, to increase productivity.
A lot of illusion breaking statistics about how really salaries are planned and paid. And also personal stories about management competencies - when monetary motivation is very over-rated.
