Eating and drinking is not only necessary for sustenance but it is an integral part of fellowship with each other!
When we share food and drink we release Dopamine which reinforces our motivation to continue to eat and drink.
But when we are unsuccessful during this important social interaction, it may lead to negative emotions connected to eating and drinking.
But do not give up - you can be successful!
