Steps that make a difference 🪽

A huge thank you to everyone who joined the Wings for Life World Run 2026. We had 29 participants — including colleagues, friends, family and even a few dogs — running and walking in multiple locations.

The best part? We completely surpassed our fundraising goal, with all funds going directly to spinal cord injury research.

The collaboration with Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University continues! 🤝

A few weeks ago we were visiting the students on their campus, so this time we invited them to come to us. We hosted a great group of bachelor’s and master’s students at the EPAM office for a relaxed, practical evening.

Artak Oganesyan, Senior Director at EPAM, broke down the future tech professions with his talk "Give a Man a Fish". Then, we talked about the big question on every student's mind: how do you make the jump from university to the IT industry? That is exactly where our free EPAM Campus programs come in!

The Vilnius AI Summit brought together tech minds from across the Nordics and Baltics, and we were glad to join the INFOBALT team to add our perspective.

Let's be honest: digging through endless documentation and scripts is nobody's favorite part of engineering. 💡

At AWS Baltic Connect, Mikalai Huryn brought a take on how to change that. He shared real-world applications of AI in platform engineering on AWS — showing how tools like RAG and MCP actually perform under pressure, without making the architecture overly complicated.

We partnered with Snowflake for Data & Donuts in Vilnius, and it turned out to be a great way to start the day ☕🍩
Instead of a stiff, formal presentation, the morning turned into a really open conversation about data, artificial intelligence and actual real-life use cases.

Our own Can Birlik said it best: the real value of these events is the people who show up, ask the hard questions and share what they are working on.
