We are officially moving to the next, most exciting phase of the European project Create2Include (Project No: 2025-2-LT02-KA220-YOU-000374142)! 🎉

After a lot of hard work, our toolbox **IO1: Inclusive Youth Worker Training Programme is now ready in all partner languages, and we are kicking off the Piloting Phase! 🚀✨

💡 What have we prepared for youth workers, educators & facilitators?
A fully interactive program based on the Barrier-to-Pathway Method (BPM), structured into 5 super dynamic modules:

🔹 Module 1: Barrier Mapping & BPM Basics – Mapping obstacles (digital, social, psychological, physical) and turning them into pathways!
🔹 Module 2: Inclusive Facilitation & Co-reflection – Learning how to co-create safe and empowering spaces.
🔹 Module 3: Digital & AI Supports for Inclusion – Putting Artificial Intelligence and digital tools to work for accessibility!
🔹 Module 4: Role Pathways – Unlocking young people’s "hidden talents" and designing tailored participation roles.

We are thrilled to announce that the coordinators and youth workers from our powerful trans-national partnership — **Latvia 🇱🇻, Lithuania 🇱🇹, Greece 🇬🇷, Cyprus 🇨🇾, and Turkey 🇹🇷 — successfully held their 1st online coordination meeting!

Our primary focus was monitoring and refining our 1st Project Result (PR1): the development of a comprehensive **Youth Working Toolkit** centered around the innovative "Barrier-to-Pathway Method" (BPM). This toolkit is specifically designed to provide inclusive, non-formal working activities for youth facing various obstacles and social barriers.

During the meeting, partners engaged in fruitful discussions regarding:
Promoting the BPM Theory: Deepening the pedagogical foundation to effectively transform barriers into personalized participation pathways.
Practical Teaching Tools & Methods: Designing engaging, non-formal learning methodologies.
Real-world Scenarios & Ready-to-use Worksheets: Crafting actionable tools tailored for everyday youth work.

Promoting the BPM Theory: Deepening the pedagogical foundation to effectively transform barriers into personalized participation pathways.
In alignment with our core values, the entire toolkit, along with all its educational materials, scenarios, and worksheets, will be **fully open-source and accessible to the public.
