🏆As the NUL Planners Association, we are proud to announce our successful debate on climate change🌍! Our objective was not to determine a winner but rather to stimulate discussion and broaden our understanding of this pressing issue. 📌

Participants explored the implications of climate change in relation to planning, focusing on the importance of both adaptation and mitigation strategies. Our goal is to develop solutions that protect our communities while minimizing the effects of climate change🌱.

Accessory dwelling units (ADUs) are a valuable tool to broaden choice in single-family neighborhoods, but ADUs make up just a small fraction of the new housing units built in many communities.
